Barcelona - CrossFit PobleNou

At CrossFit PobleNou you will not only meet certified fitness trainers. Here you will find a large, modern and fully equipped box with very friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. Communication in English is possible without any problems.

Are you completely new to CrossFit? No problem! At CrossFit PobleNou you will learn all the basics in several introductory courses. You can then apply your skills in a variety of fitness classes or deepen your knowledge in an intensive 1:1 coaching session.

After the introductory sessions, you can choose from the following courses: Basic WOD, Endurance, Gymnastic, Haltero, Heavy WOD, Kettlebells WOD, Mobility, Only WOD, Open Box, WOD and Yoga.

Overall, the fitness classes/WODs on offer are very varied and usually last an hour.

Bali - S2S CrossFit

Are you looking for new impulses and want to enjoy a fitness journey in a dreamlike environment? Then S2S CrossFit is just the thing for you!

At S2S CrossFit, you can expect various programs, local and certified fitness trainers and a mega community that welcomes you and offers you a second home. The atmosphere is therefore very informal and friendly.

The various courses usually last one hour and are kept relatively small so that Justin & the other trainers can focus on the individual participants.

The courses generally focus on training sessions with functional exercises. These take place in the studio or outdoors on a sports field or soccer pitch as well as on the beach. Personal training sessions can be customized in consultation with your coach.

Gran Canaria - Riders Performance Center

The CrossFit Box "Riders Performance Center" is located in Puerto Rico, a tourist town in the southwest of Gran Canaria. In addition to WODs & the Open Box, you can take part in trail runs through the hills of Gran Canaria or personal training.

Nick (owner of the Riders Performance Center) and his girlfriend Martina welcome you and conduct all workouts and personal training with you. Communication in English is possible without any problems. All in all, you can expect a modern, fully equipped, large box with a nearby public outdoor fitness area (Motor Grande), a very friendly atmosphere with young trainers and a varied fitness program.

You can train in the box or outdoors. Overall, the courses/WODs on offer are very varied and usually last an hour. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on workouts with functional exercises. A course/WOD usually includes both a general and a specific warm-up program and technical movements for the exercises.

A trainer is always present during the courses to support you with the exercises and correct your movements.

Looking for a top box right on the beach? You'll definitely find it here! Train daily in the box at CHOICE Training Club Mallorca, jump straight into the fresh sea afterwards & then relax on the beach.

All in all, you can expect a large, modern & fully equipped box with a very friendly atmosphere and qualified trainers.
You can take part in the daily WOD classes. These take place 8 times a day. Communication in English and German is possible without any problems.

Overall, the courses/WODs on offer are very varied and usually last an hour. The variation of workouts is almost unlimited. Every fitness session is different.

Greece - CrossFit Unboxed

Experience the first Fitness Unboxed Hotel in the beautiful Peloponnese region of Greece. Here you literally train "unboxed" - in the great outdoors.

An outdoor gym was built in the Melitsina Village Hotel to promote a passion for sport while on vacation. It was designed and planned in collaboration with professional athletes who were inspired by the extraordinary outdoor environment. Here you can work out in the great outdoors, surrounded by the majestic Taygetos Mountains on one side and the calm Mediterranean Sea on the other. In short, this Fitness Unboxed Box is truly "un-boxed".

Tenerife - CrossFit 27

There are many reasons to train at CrossFit 27 in Tenerife ! The box is located on the Costa Adeje in Tenerife.
In addition to Spanish, you can also easily communicate in German or English. All in all, you can expect a very friendly atmosphere with young trainers and international athletes (Spanish, English, German, etc.). You can either train on your own (open box) or take part in one of the courses on offer.

The various courses usually last one hour. In order to ensure intensive support, the groups are kept very small with an average of 8 participants. The focus of the intensive courses is usually on workouts with functional exercises.

A trainer is present at all times to support you with the exercises and correct your postures.
