Discover the beautiful coast of Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife with us: look forward to exclusive group training in the TOP Box CrossFit27, beach workouts right by the sea, relaxed yoga moments at sunset, healthy sports catering, stargazing in Teide National Park and simply chilling out by the beautiful pool. You'll stay in a fully equipped apartment with a fantastic sea view right next to the CrossFit Box. And best of all, you'll be traveling together with like-minded people from the CROSSFIT KRAFTMÜHLE community and our COACH JOVI. Of course, there is much more to discover - additional activities such as a surf course or a volcano hike are optional. True to the motto: everything can, nothing must.

Fitness trips for Travelling Athletes - Fitness vacation on Tenerife
This trip is suitable for ALL Travelling Athletes who want an optimal balance of fitness, relaxation, activities, good food and a cool community on vacation and at the same time appreciate a certain flexibility.
It doesn't matter where you are on your personal fitness journey - whether at the beginning or in the middle.
Whether you sign up alone or with a friend, you'll meet like-minded people who want to inspire each other, have fun and have a good time together.
For real team spirit and a personal atmosphere, the tour group is limited to a maximum of 16 participants and takes place as a group trip for groups of 6 or more. However, you can join the trip in any case, other Travelling Athletes from other CrossFit boxes and countries are waiting for you on site.

Regency Torviscas Apartments & Suites - View - Fitness vacation in Tenerife - Fitness holidays with Travelling Athletes
The Regency Torviscas Apartments Suites on Tenerife are located in the popular vacation area of Costa Adeje . This 3-star hotel is located approx. 1.5 km from Adeje beach and offers outstanding sea views & a wonderful view of the summer sunsets. Your hotel also scores points with its location right next to the CrossFit Box. Of course, you should not only train during your vacation, but also discover the beautiful beaches of Costa Adeje. The beaches (including Playa Fañabé and Playa del Duque), numerous restaurants and various leisure facilities are not far away and can be easily reached on foot.
In short: The view of the sea & the location right next to a top box make your hotel the perfect accommodation for your fitness trip.

The 1-room apartments with approx. 45 m² (for 2 people, split bedroom) offer a bedroom, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a terrace. There is also a kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
*You can also register alone for a shared 1-room apartment. We will take care of the allocation (room partners of the same sex by default).

The 2-room apartments with approx. 60 m² (for 2 people, separate bedrooms) offer two bedrooms, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a terrace. There is also a kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
*You can also register alone for a private bedroom in the 2-room apartment, we will take care of the allocation.

All of the hotel's apartments have their own modern kitchen so that you can cook for yourself if you wish. The hotel also has a large pool, a restaurant and a fitness and wellness area (extra charge | €10 per private use for one hour). In addition to a sauna & pool, the wellness area also offers you the opportunity to enjoy various spa services such as massages (1 hour for approx. €50).

On this trip, you will enjoy healthy, fresh and tailor-made meals. In addition to breakfast, 1 healthy meal per day (Meal Prep) is already included.
Important to know:
You decide for yourself whether the dishes should be low carb, vegetarian or spicy, for example. We will send you a questionnaire in advance, including a breakfast list, in which you can enter your food preferences, allergies, etc. We will fill your fridge with healthy food for breakfast.
The other meals(meal prep) are prepared externally by an excellent chef and delivered to the hotel well packaged (reusable) . Thanks to a fully equipped kitchen incl. microwave & stove, you can heat up your meals quickly (drinks are not included).

Travelling Athletes at CrossFit 27 - Fitness vacation on Tenerife
The box of our partner CrossFit27 is right next to your accommodation. Under professional guidance (on-site trainer team and Kraftmühle coach Jovi), you will have an exclusive daily training session together with your buddies. You also have unlimited access to the box and can do your own training at any time (open box) or take part in the courses offered here. In addition to Spanish, you can also easily communicate in German or English. Overall, you can expect a very friendly atmosphere with young trainers and international athletes (including Spanish, English and German).

A morning beach workout is included and is led by a certified fitness coach (Steve). Look forward to a varied full-body workout together with other like-minded people right on the beach, where both fitness beginners and professionals will get their money's worth. Playa Fanabe - Costa Adeje - Fitness vacation Tenerife
Whether you are looking for an intensive fitness vacation or a mix of training, relaxing and partying, Costa Adeje has something for EVERYONE. The Costa Adeje coastline is located in the southwest of the island and is home to many of the best beaches in the Canary Islands. For you, of course, this means pure vacation feeling.
Relax on one of the many dream beaches on the Costa Adeje and enjoy the warm temperatures all year round. The chic Playa del Duque in particular enchants with its soft sand and beautiful clear water. If you want to be a little more active, you will also find numerous water sports activities such as jet skiing, windsurfing and parasailing at Puerto Colon. The two water parks Siam Park & Aqualand also provide variety. While Siam Park is one of the largest and best water parks in the world, the Aqualand water park scores with lots of exciting slides and an incredible dolphin show.
The island also boasts the highest volcano in Europe (Pico del Teide), numerous natural swimming pools along the coast, unique hiking routes and much more.
Our tip:
To get to know the many facets of the island in the best possible way, a rental car is recommended. This way you can easily discover the various beaches on the coast, visit El Teide National Park or take a day trip to Santa Cruz. We are also happy to help you organize a rental car. Just get in touch with us.
In Adeje, especially along the beautiful beach promenade, you will also find various bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping centers. At night, this resort comes alive with a great mix of international cuisine, lounge bars, music venues and much more.

Your vacation, your program.
You are part of a great community, but at the same time you are free. In addition to the joint activities, there is plenty of space for yourself. There is no fixed daily routine - organize each day the way you like it. You decide how much action, relaxation, social or me-time you want.

Surfing in Tenerife - Fitness trips with Travelling Athletes
A perfect day on Tenerife ends with a sunset yoga session in a dreamlike setting. You can then enjoy the evening together with the other Travelling Athletes guests at a beach bar with dinner and drinks and bring the day to a relaxed close . Alternatively, Adeje and its beach promenade with its numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs offer various options for further evening entertainment.
You organize the flights yourself.
You fly to Tenerife South (TFS) - Condor offers flights from Frankfurt with good flight times.
We have selected the following flight dates for you:

Important:
This is our suggestion for you - you can "gather" on this flight. This way you can get to know other participants at the airport and start your adventure together. You make the flight booking yourself, you can also book any other flight that suits you better.
Airport transfer:
The transfer on arrival and departure is included in your travel package.
On arrival, a driver will be waiting for you at the exit and take you to your accommodation (journey time approx. 15 minutes).

Duration:
The minimum duration of the group tour is 7 nights/8 days. You are welcome to extend your vacation individually. Just let us know your desired arrival and departure dates and we will check the capacities.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under "Included services"). In addition to the services that are already included, you can book further additional services, such as a volcano hike or surf lessons, in the booking form with just one click.
Availability:
Please note that places are limited to 16 participants. This means that we can only guarantee the selected trip in combination with a specific room until the registration deadline on 31.01.2024. If you register after this date, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site and give you a final confirmation within 48 hours. In the event of unavailability, we will be happy to offer you an alternative option in comparable accommodation.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip can be canceled according to the following conditions.
Until the registration deadline on 31.01.2024 - free of charge (the cancellation conditions of your chosen airline apply to the flight).
From 01.02.2024:
You can also take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
