Overall, this fitness vacation offers you the opportunity to perform various forms of training to the maximum (WOD, BodyFit, cross-training, yoga) and to try your hand at Muay Thai. This fitness vacation in Thailand is therefore suitable for ALL Travelling Athletes who need a new start in Phuket or who want to push their performance limits and set new impulses through Muay Thai . The Tiger Muay Thai Camp offers you a total of 8 different types of accommodation in 3 different categories, so there is something for everyone. All accommodations are within 15 minutes walking distance of the camp. We recommend at least the Deluxe room category, which includes accommodation with pool access! This way you can cool down quickly after a strenuous workout. If available, we will usually organize Camp 6 for you. Below is a brief description of the different categories:
Standard room (max. 2 persons):
Includes a large bed, air conditioning, WiFI, TV, fridge. private bathroom with WC and hot water shower, closet, seating area and more.
Deluxe room (max. 2 persons):
A room with pool access. This room has a large bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, private bathroom with toilet and hot water, closet, seating area and more.
Premium room (max. 2 persons):
A room with direct access to the pool right next to the room. Also has a large bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, private bathroom with toilet and hot water, closet, seating area and more.
This trip includes "full board" for you. You will receive a prepaid meal card worth 3000 baht (approx. €85) per week, which you can use to enjoy a wide variety of dishes at the camp. The "Tiger Grill" restaurant offers you a variety of dishes. You can order everything from salads, fish and steak to burgers.
Phuket is perfect for our Travelling Athletes: vacation & training in the open air at optimal temperatures. This Thai region has everything you need for a fitness vacation: cross-training, WOD, training, Muay Thai and sun.

Our partner, Tiger Muay Thai Camp, only employs certified personal trainers who can adapt every workout and training session to your needs. The camp is about a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. The functional fitness sessions take place in the outdoor and indoor areas. You will train with international athletes and have access to a variety of functional fitness workouts: (Beach) Bootcamp, HIIT, Muay Thai, BodyFit, Crosstraining and Strength & Conditioning are just a few of the fitness classes offered on site. To wind down, you can also enjoy various yoga sessions. All in all, there are so many courses on offer that you are guaranteed not to get bored.

360° Body Fit:
The 360° program challenges you and your heart rate through a combination of functional exercises and techniques to get you into the fat-burning zone. This "bootcamp" type fitness class will increase your cardiovascular fitness, result in a high calorie burn and is suitable for all levels.
(Beach) Boot Camp:
At the boot camp on the beach, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes. One hour of running, jogging, jumps, push-ups and squats. In addition to the proven fun factor, this fitness course will push you to your limits without Sergeant Major. Take advantage of the sand, the sun and the spectacular mountain views to take your workout to the next level.
Crosstraining fitness vacation:
In your box in Phuket, you have access to the following types of training as usual: Bench press,squats,deadlifts,back squats,front squats,push presses,pull-ups,push-ups, kettlebell, military press (special form of shoulder press) and much more. Complete a cross-training warm-up, an intensive strength endurance program (MetCon= Metabolic Conditioning workout), various training units (workouts) and WOD's (Workout of the day) - training units of the day, different for each Crossbox .
HIIT & fitness on vacation:
Focus on short, high-intensity exercise and recovery intervals during high intensity training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.
Mobility on vacation:
Increase your mobility, relieve tension with stretching techniques and foam rollers and improve the interaction between muscles and joints(fascia system). The aim of mobility training is to mobilize the joints with passive and/or active exercises to the greatest possible degree of movement. This optimization of myofascial structures is essential for regeneration processes and future goals.
Muay Thai on a fitness vacation:
Thai boxing is a martial art and THE national sport of Thailand. Immerse yourself in tradition, fighting spirit and Buddhism and experience a piece of Thai identity. Whether you are a beginner, advanced or expert: choose the level you are at. Depending on your level, you will improve your technique and underlying fitness. Professional head trainers will provide you with the latest know-how.
Personal training on your fitness vacation:
Train with your personal coach. Your personal trainer is only there for you during the entire session, gives you exercises, checks your execution, motivates you during the last repetitions - in short: he or she ensures variety, fun and that you achieve your goals.
Power Development:
Bring your power into play by applying your maximum strength as quickly as possible. A very rewarding course as you learn new skills related to box jumping and acceleration exercises.
Strength & Conditioning:
Improve the physical components that determine success in sports performance. Apply methods to improve your strength, agility, explosiveness and muscular endurance. Learn more about general athleticism and applicable tools.
TRX on your fitness vacation:
Train everyday and sport-specific movement patterns in a three-dimensional way with TRX suspension training. Perform an effective full-body workout using a non-elastic belt system. Any individual training goal can be achieved by continuously changing the resistance level of the exercises. Goals such as weight loss, muscle building, improving fitness, combating/avoiding back pain, recovery training after (sports) injuries or strengthening the core can be achieved effectively and quickly with TRX for fitness beginners, recreational athletes and professional athletes.

After a good night's sleep, we recommend a first power workout in the morning. Get to know other participants and start the day in top shape. Alternatively, you can also take part in a sunrise yoga class and start the day calmly. Then fortify yourself for the day with a healthy breakfast.
You can then start your training (WODs, Muay Thai, fitness, BodyFit etc.) at the Tiger Muay Thai Camp. Complete one of the many workouts in the areas of boot camp, functional training, HIIT, mobility or Muay Thai.

At the camp, you can adapt every workout to your intensity level. Whether you're a beginner or already a pro: improve your fitness with cross-training and HIIT. Focus on short, high-intensity exercise and recovery intervals during high-intensity training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout improves your strength, power and endurance. You will also gain your first insights into the martial art of Muay Thai.
Enjoy your free time on the beach and let yourself be pampered. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beach in the evening and relax in perfect weather conditions. Enjoy the remaining hours with a good feeling in a cozy beach bar. Alternatively, Phuket offers various options for further evening entertainment.
Duration:
The duration of the Fitness Retreat is 15 days/14 nights.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip cannot be canceled. However, you are welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
