In total, Tiger Muay Thai Camp offers 8 different accommodations in 3 different categories, so there is something for everyone. All accommodations are located within a 15-minute walk of the camp. We recommend at least the Deluxe Room category, which includes accommodation with pool access! This way , you can cool off quickly after a strenuous workout. If available, we will normally organize Camp 6 for you. Below is a brief description of the different categories:





























Standard Room (max. 2 persons):
Includes a large bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, private bathroom with toilet and hot water shower, wardrobe, seating area, and more.
Deluxe Room (max. 2 persons):
A room with pool access. This room features a large bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, private bathroom with toilet and hot water, wardrobe, seating area, and more.
Premium Room (max. 2 persons):
A room with direct access to the pool right next to the room. Also features a large bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, private bathroom with toilet and hot water, wardrobe, seating area, and more.
This trip includes full board. You will receive a prepaid meal card worth 3000 baht (approx. €85) per week, which you can use to enjoy a wide variety of dishes at the camp. The Tiger Grill restaurant offers a wide range of dishes. From salads to fish and steak to burgers, you can order anything you like.

There are numerous Muay Thai camps, especially in the south of the island, such as in Rawai. Our partner, Tiger Muay Thai Camp, employs only certified personal trainers who can tailor every workout and training session to your needs. The camp is located about a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. The functional fitness sessions take place outdoors and indoors. You will train with international athletes and have access to a variety of functional fitness workouts: (Beach) Bootcamp, HIIT, Muay Thai, BodyFit, Cross Training, and Strength & Conditioning are just a few of the fitness classes offered on site. 360° Body Fit:
The 360° program challenges you and your heart rate through a combination of functional exercises and techniques to get you in the fat burning zone. This "bootcamp" type fitness class will increase your cardiovascular fitness, result in a high calorie burn and is suitable for all levels.
(Beach) Boot Camp:
At the boot camp on the beach, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes. One hour of running, jogging, jumps, push-ups and squats. In addition to the proven fun factor, this fitness course will push you to your limits without Sergeant Major. Take advantage of the sand, the sun and the spectacular mountain views to take your workout to the next level.
Cross-training fitness vacation:
At your box in Phuket, you will have access to the following training methods, as usual: bench press,squats,deadlifts,barbell squats,front squats,shoulder presses,pull-ups,push-ups, kettlebells, military presses (a special form of shoulder press), and much more. Complete a cross-training warm-up, an intensive strength endurance program (MetCon = metabolic conditioning workout), various training sessions (workouts), and WODs (workout of the day) – training sessions that vary depending on the CrossBox .
HIIT & fitness on vacation:
Focus on short and high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high intensity training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.
Mobility on vacation:
Expand your mobility, release tension with stretching techniques and foam rollers and improve the interaction between muscles and joints(fascia system). The aim of mobility training is to mobilize the joints with passive and/or active exercises to the greatest possible degree of movement. This optimization of myofascial structures is essential for regeneration processes and future goals.
Muay Thai on a fitness vacation:
Thai boxing is a martial art and THE national sport of Thailand. Immerse yourself in tradition, fighting spirit, and Buddhism and experience a piece of Thai identity. Whether you are a beginner, advanced, or expert: prove the level you are at. Depending on the classification, you will improve your technique and underlying fitness. Professional head trainers will provide you with the latest know-how.
Personal training during your fitness vacation:

After a restful night's sleep, we recommend a morning power workout. Get to know other participants and start the day feeling fit and healthy. Alternatively, you can take part in a sunrise yoga class and start the day calmly. Then fortify yourself for the day ahead with a healthy breakfast.
You can then start your training (WODs, Muay Thai, fitness, BodyFit etc.) at the Tiger Muay Thai Camp. Complete one of the many workouts in the areas of boot camp, functional training, HIIT, mobility or Muay Thai.

At the camp, you can adjust each workout to your own intensity level. Whether you're a beginner or already a pro, improve your fitness with cross training and HIIT. Focus on short, high-intensity intervals of exertion and recovery during high-intensity training, using only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. Body workouts improve your strength, power, and endurance. You'll also get an introduction to the martial art of Muay Thai.
Enjoy your free time on the beach and let yourself be pampered. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beach in the evening and relax in perfect weather conditions. Enjoy the remaining hours with a good feeling in a cozy beach bar. Alternatively, Phuket offers various options for further evening entertainment.
The duration of the fitness retreat is 15 days/14 nights.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip cannot be canceled. However, you are welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
