Here you can get an overview of possible training times. On average, participants take part in 2-3 sessions a day. So treat yourself to some time off... To ensure that you can achieve the best possible results and enjoy a varied program, the workouts are slightly different every day. Overall, however, you will be offered an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation and coordination training every day.
In the morning

This unique fitness trip focuses on training in the fresh North Sea air. Boot camps, workouts etc. are primarily held outdoors, whether on the beach or in the dunes - true to the motto: there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing! Nevertheless, when selecting the hotel, care was taken to ensure that there is an indoor alternative for relaxation sessions and bad weather days so that training can take place whatever the weather.
WERDE Travelling Athlete
This fitness camp integrates elements of functional fitness and weightlifting to take your training to the next level. Under professional guidance, you will learn the correct technique for performing barbell exercises such as cleans, deadlifts and squats. Challenging exercises such as tire flips, hammer slams and wall balls are also included in the program. Look forward to exciting WODs (Workout of the Day) with variations such as AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) and EMOMs (Each Minute On the Minute), which offer you new training impulses every day.
CrossLethics: A unique fitness program for the whole body. CrossFit is the basic fitness program of many special forces, elite military units, professional martial artists and many top athletes around the world. No other fitness program is so versatile and at the same time sets such clear standards.
Power workout: abs, legs and bottom workout on the beach, body toning & strengthening.
Circuit training: various exercises to increase your speed, strength and endurance.
Bootcamp: We make use of natural features such as steps, benches and dunes and work out together on the beach.
Jogging/walking: endurance training at a moderate pace. We use the beautiful landscape for our jogging sessions.
TABATA workout: An effective full-throttle workout.
Coordination training: Look forward to various coordination exercises.
Beach hike: A great beach hike is of course a must.
Stretching/Yoga/Mobility (depending on the trainer): Loose stretching exercises, regeneration & mobility.
How to get there:
As this fitness retreat takes place in the west of the Netherlands, a flight is not necessary (but possible). In general, we recommend traveling by train or car. Carpooling is of course also welcome. If you need help getting to the retreat, just let us know.

This retreat is designed for a maximum of 20 people to guarantee intensive & professional support and to create a unique group atmosphere.
Tourist tax:
A tourist tax is mandatory in Holland. This is € 2.00 per person/day and is payable on site at the hotel.
About Westkapelle & the region:
South of Westkapelle begins a dune landscape with the highest dunes in the Netherlands, which extends to the neighboring seaside resort of Zoutelande - ideal for long walks, bike tours & boot camps. Westkapelle is located in the Dutch province of Zeeland and, together with the towns of Dishoek and Zoutelande, forms the so-called Zeeland Riviera. The ideal area for beach lovers, as the beaches of the Zeeland peninsula of Walcheren are among the most beautiful in the Netherlands.
Another plus point: an above-average number of hours of sunshine 🙂
Zeeland Riviera:
The only south-facing beach in the Netherlands is located between Vlissingen and Westkapelle and is also known as the "Zeeland Riviera" due to its south-facing location. This is exactly where your accommodation is located. You can therefore look forward to a beautiful sandy beach and the most hours of sunshine in the country.

All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
With around 70 rooms, the hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere in a prime location with modern and elegant furnishings. The rooms have wooden floors and are equipped with flat-screen TVs and desks. The beds are fitted with high-quality bedding, and the private bathrooms come with free toiletries and hairdryers. Some rooms also have a balcony or terrace with views of the surrounding dunes.
