Experience daily boxing sessions and professional training in the sun & on the beach. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, at this boxing camp in Alicante (Spain) you'll experience a unique fitness vacation with numerous workouts and sports sessions under the guidance of a former, professional, German-speaking (kick) boxer. In addition to many varied outdoor workouts, unforgettable excursions in the region await you. Of course, you can also look forward to complete relaxation on the beach and delicious food in the form of healthy half-board. In addition to accommodation, all sports sessions and activities, the use of the large camp facilities including wellness facilities and airport transfers areincluded for all Travelling Athletes :)

With a focus on intense fitness sessions combined with boxing training, your days could look like this:
DAY I:
10:00 - Jogging in Albir National Park and general strength & endurance training (level: medium).
14:00 - Free time on the beach - relax & enjoy the perfect weather conditions.
17:00 - Specific & technical boxing training in the indoor gym (Level: Intensive).
20:00 - Excursion to the old town center of Altea (altea casco antiguo).
DAY II:
10:00 - Beach workout in Calpe: Boxing-specific leg training in the sand as well as aerobic and anaerobic endurance (level: intensive).
15:00 - Joint excursion to the Algar waterfall. Of course, swimming in the waterfall is a must...
19:00 - Coordination training & partner workout in the gym (level: medium).
DAY III:
10:00 - Altitude training in the 12,000 m² Box Camp in the mountains. Circuit training (level: intensive).
15:00 - Joint excursion to the castle of Guadalest.
19:00 - Jogging on the beach of Altea incl. tactical movements (Level: Easy).
DAY IV:
10:00 - Beach workout in Benidorm: flexibility & footwork (level: intensive).
15:00 - Excursion: Discover the coastal town of Benidorm.
19:00 - Gym: Explosive pad training (Level: Medium).
20:00 - Relax in the jacuzzi and sauna.
WERDE Travelling Athlete
In addition to local sporting activities such as national parks, sightseeing, waterfalls and mountain tours, you can fill your free time with optional excursions or water sports activities such as nature parks, jeep safaris, mountain biking, diving, waterfall visits, zoo safaris, beach volleyball, paintball, city tours, Aqualandia, Aqua Natura, Mundo mar, Terramitica and much more.
The Costa Blanca, one of Spain's most famous regions, attracts numerous visitors every year with its variety of nature and culture. The region is not only known for its beautiful beaches with clear waters, but also for its warm Mediterranean climate, which ensures pleasant temperatures almost all year round - ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking and fitness.
The coast is lined with charming towns and villages, such as Altea with its white houses and picturesque alleyways. The town is a real art center where you can discover local art galleries and handmade souvenirs. Just a few kilometers away is Benidorm, a lively vacation resort with an impressive skyline and a long beach promenade. The region also offers numerous historical sights such as the Castillo de Guadalest and the impressive waterfalls of Algar.
The Sierra de Aitana Natural Park, with its varied landscape and impressive views, is ideal for hiking and sporting activities. There are also numerous opportunities for excursions and adventures, from climbing tours and caving expeditions to boat trips along the coast.
The Costa Blanca is a paradise for beach lovers and the ideal place for sporting activities, relaxation and culture!
NOTE
All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
Together with the other participants, you will stay in a country house in the mountains of L'Albir on the Costa Blanca. This is located directly on the camp and training grounds, making it the ideal accommodation for one or more intensive training week(s). Thanks to your private room, you'll be able to get some peace and quiet and be in top shape for the next training session!
