The CrossFit Poblenou for beginners package differs from other packages and is characterized by excellent, modern accommodation with an extensive breakfast buffet, 2 intro classes at CrossFit Poblenou (where you learn all the basics), 2 hours of personal training, 1 class a day in your box & 8 HIIT outdoor workouts, among other things.

Get to know local, certified fitness trainers and receive intensive support from our partner "CrossFit PobleNou". Communication in English is possible without any problems. All in all, you can expect a large, modern & fully equipped box with a very friendly atmosphere and qualified trainers.
You can take part in a class every day during your entire trip. After the initial intro fitness classes (2 are compulsory), you can choose from the following additional classes: Basic WOD, Endurance, Gymnastic, Haltero, Heavy WOD, Kettlebells WOD, Mobility, Only WOD, Open Box, WOD and Yoga.
You can also look forward to 2 hours of personal training in the box.
Overall, the various fitness classes/WODs on offer are very varied and usually last an hour.

Enjoy 8 outdoor workouts (HIIT, bootcamp) during your fitness trip to Barcelona and power yourself up with different equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls or resistance bands. Whether in Ciutdalla Park or on Barceloneta beach, you will perform various bodyweight exercises that will ensure you feel every muscle in your body.
During the workout, qualified trainers will guide and motivate you to push your limits. As the workouts can be done at any fitness level, the exercises can be tailored to your individual needs.

Complete an intensive CrossFit workout in the morning after a good night's sleep. Let the qualified team of trainers motivate you and start the day in top shape. After a healthy breakfast at the hotel, you can complete an intensive 1:1 workout with your personal trainer in the morning or at your preferred time. Alternatively, we recommend a run through Ciutadella Park & along the beach promenade in the morning/early evening. This is not only an ideal opportunity to integrate a cardio workout into your sports program, but also offers you the chance to actively explore the area and soak up the sun at the same time.
Afterwards, a quiet day at the beach awaits you. Relax at Playa de Barceloneta and enjoy the perfect weather conditions. Alternatively, Barcelona also offers countless cultural opportunities. Visit the Barrio Gótico (Gothic Quarter) or the world-famous Sagrada Familia cathedral.
If you feel like exercising again in the evening, you can attend an outdoor HIIT boot camp. Meet like-minded people from all over the world and really work out. Focus on short, high-intensity exercise and recovery intervals during high-intensity interval training and only use your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your fitness and therefore your strength, power and endurance.
You can then enjoy the evening to the full with a good & fit feeling. Discover Barcelona's distinctive culinary scene & try your way through various tapas bars (tapa = appetizer/snack). Afterwards, Barcelona offers countless excellent options for further evening entertainment with its numerous bars & nightclubs.
Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 3 days / 2 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we immediately check all travel components with our local partners so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
