The courses take place in the outdoor and indoor areas. The 360° program challenges you and your heart rate through a combination of functional exercises and techniques to get you into the fat burning zone. This "bootcamp" type fitness class will increase your cardiovascular fitness, result in a high calorie burn and is suitable for all levels.
At the boot camp on the beach, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes. An hour of running, jogging, jumps, push-ups and squats. In addition to the proven fun factor, this fitness course will push you to your limits without Sergeant Major. Take advantage of the sand, the sun and the spectacular mountain views to take your workout to the next level.
In your box in Phuket, you have access to the following types of training as usual: Bench press,squats,deadlifts,back squats,front squats,push presses,pull-ups,push-ups, kettlebell, military press (special form of shoulder press) and much more. Complete a cross-training warm-up, an intensive strength endurance program (MetCon= Metabolic Conditioning workout), various training units (workouts) and WOD's (Workout of the day) - training units of the day, different for each Crossbox .
Focus on short, high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high intensity training and only use your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.

The aim of mobility training is to mobilize the joints with passive and/or active exercises to the greatest possible degree of movement. Thai boxing is a martial art and THE national sport of Thailand. Immerse yourself in tradition, fighting spirit and Buddhism and experience a piece of Thai identity. Whether you're a beginner, advanced or expert: choose the level you're at. Depending on your level, you will improve your technique and underlying fitness. Professional head trainers will provide you with the latest know-how.
Train with your personal coach. Your personal trainer is only there for you during the entire session, gives you exercises to do, checks your execution, motivates you during the last repetitions - in short: they ensure variety, fun and that you achieve your goals.

The Cocoville Phuket Resort (Google: 4.7 / 5 stars) has three different room categories - Standard, Deluxe and Luxury - with each of the Bungalo Villas offering you air conditioning, WIFI and a Smart TV. For us, the Cocoville Resort is the most beautiful accommodation on the fitness mile in Phuket.
Are you looking for more affordable accommodation? Then we recommend the camp accommodation. Although these do not offer the same "relaxation factor" as the Cocoville Resort, they do offer good comfort, a pool and are also only a 5-minute walk from the Tiger Muay Thai Camp.
