This fitness camp on Sylt is suitable for all Travelling Athletes - whether beginners or advanced athletes. With a wide range of services included, you can take part in varied outdoor training sessions every day. Under the motto "Commit to be fit", you will experience an active vacation that combines sun, beach and varied training sessions.
Eight challenging training sessions await you every day from Monday to Friday , supplemented by mobility and stretching sessions. The training includes functional fitness, weightlifting, cross-training and fit boxing and is adapted for all fitness levels. You will also enjoy a healthy breakfast buffet and can discover the island with a free bike and joint excursions to the most beautiful places on Sylt.
A free shuttle from Westerland train station ensures a comfortable journey. Be ready to sustainably increase your fitness and achieve more as a team!

WERDE Travelling Athlete
This fitness camp integrates elements of functional fitness and weightlifting to take your training to the next level. Under professional guidance, you will learn the correct technique for performing barbell exercises such as cleans, deadlifts and squats. Challenging exercises such as tire flips, hammer slams and wall balls are also included in the program. Look forward to exciting WODs (Workout of the Day) with variations such as AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) and EMOMs (Each Minute On the Minute), which offer you new training impulses every day.
Have you ever wondered what kettlebells are all about? You've probably seen them in the gym - those big, heavy metal balls with a handle. Maybe you haven't dared to use them properly yet, or are you already a kettlebell pro?
No matter what level you are at, this fitness camp is the right place for you! The experienced coaches will show you the right technique and guide you through various kettlebell exercises such as the kettlebell clean, Turkish get-ups, kettlebell swings and many more. Let them help you take your kettlebell skills to the next level!
Fit Boxing is a great way to increase your fitness and develop explosive power!
Together with the team, you will learn various boxing techniques and sequences that you will practise in the group. Here you can really go full throttle, take your fitness to the next level and develop a new body awareness. The team spirit will motivate you and fun is guaranteed!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the ideal training format to take your endurance and strength to the next level!
In this fitness camp you will be challenged by an exciting circuit of different stations such as Battle Rope, TRX, Air Bike, Farmers Carries and Wall Ball. The HIIT circuit is designed to be suitable for all fitness levels and will help you to target your strength and endurance. Whether you're just starting out or are already advanced - this workout offers you an effective introduction and a steep increase in performance!
Strength endurance in camp is not what is often targeted in bodybuilding and classic pumps. Instead, "strength" is defined here as "power" - how much energy you need to move a certain weight, how fast you can do it and how long you can maintain this performance.
In the strength and endurance course, you will learn to work with maximum strength formats to increase your muscle endurance and explosive strength in the long term. This approach not only helps you to improve your physical fitness, but also to increase your performance in the long term.
Mobility and stability are closely linked and are fundamental components of any fitness program. Mobility describes the mobility of your joints, whereby flexibility plays an important role. Targeted exercises increase your flexibility, stretch muscles and ligaments and thus expand your range of motion.
Stability, on the other hand, refers to the strengthening of those muscle groups that are necessary for controlled and safe movement. In this course, you will learn to activate and stabilize these muscle groups through gentle yoga flow movements, which will help you to improve your mobility in the long term and prevent injuries.

All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
The apartments each have their own shower room, kitchen and terrace or loggia. You can choose between a shared bedroom and a private single or double room. All rooms offer fast WLAN.
