Eight varied and challenging training sessions await you at this fitness camp from Monday to Friday, followed by a mobility and stretching session.
Experience Sylt with other sports enthusiasts. As part of a team, you have the potential to achieve more and improve your fitness in the long term.
The training is suitable for beginners and advanced athletes and consists of elements from the areas of functional fitness, weightlifting, cross-training and fit boxing.
In addition to the training sessions, the program includes a healthy breakfast buffet, a bike and joint excursions to the most beautiful places on the island of Sylt.

This fitness vacation has a sports intensity of 7/10. Of course, you can customize this completely with optional services (including additional hours of personal training).
The Fitness Camp is very centrally located in Wenningstedt on Sylt. The modern apartment house, built in 2023, consists of 6 cozy apartments. The apartments each have their own shower room, kitchen and terrace or loggia. You can choose between a shared bedroom and a private single or double room. All rooms offer fast WLAN.
Outdoor training takes place daily in the adjoining garden area. Various high-quality training equipment is available for this purpose.
Good to know: Thanks to the free bike provided, you can stay mobile during your stay and reach the beach or Westerland in just a few minutes.

During your stay, a morning snack with fresh fruit and a full breakfast is included from Monday to Friday.
After training, you can help yourself to the varied breakfast buffet and recharge your batteries for the day. Food intolerances or special diets are also catered for where possible. There is also a welcome dinner on the day of arrival and a meal together on the day of departure.
For dinner, you can choose from various restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

On this fitness trip to Sylt, you can look forward to a very special mix of sport and relaxation.
After a quiet and restful night, you start the day with a small fruit snack, coffee and tea before training. Before the first training session starts, the coaches (Head Coach Sai & Co-Trainer Benny) go through the exercises and explain the special features.
With their friendly and competent manner, the coaches help you to improve your fitness in the long term, respond to each individual and make corrections if necessary. As a rule, everyone surpasses themselves in the group and gets that extra dose of motivation. The beautiful island of Sylt offers countless opportunities to relax between training sessions.

Travel duration:
The minimum trip duration is 8 days / 7 nights and can be booked from Sunday to Sunday. However, you are also welcome to book this camp on Sylt for several weeks. Simply select your desired travel date in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
It's your trip - so you decide which activities you want to take part in, or whether you want to treat yourself to some time out on the beach. All services apply as specified below under Included services. In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra nutritional advice or personal training, with just one click in the booking form.
How to get there:
Travel to Sylt - by rail, by air or by sea - the journey is an experience in itself!
You don't necessarily need a car on the island, so we recommend the following route:
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours (usually much faster)! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
