This fitness camp on Sylt is suitable for all Travelling Athletes – whether beginners or advanced athletes. With a variety of included services, you can participate in varied outdoor training sessions every day. Under the motto "Commit to be fit," you'll experience an active vacation that combines sun, beach, and varied training sessions.
From Monday to Friday , eight challenging training sessions await you daily, complemented by mobility and stretching sessions . The training includes functional fitness, weightlifting, cross-training, and fit-boxing, and is adapted for all fitness levels. You'll also enjoy a healthy breakfast buffet and can explore the island with a free bike and group excursions to Sylt's most beautiful spots .
A free shuttle from Westerland train station ensures a convenient journey. Get ready to sustainably improve your fitness and achieve more as a team!

WERDE Travelling Athlete
This fitness camp integrates elements of functional fitness and weightlifting to take your training to the next level. Under professional guidance, you'll learn the correct technique for performing barbell exercises like cleans, deadlifts, and squats. Challenging exercises like tire flips, hammer slams, and wall balls will also be included in the program. Look forward to exciting WODs (Workout of the Day) with variations like AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible) and EMOMs (Each Minute On the Minute), offering you new training inspiration every day.
Have you ever wondered what kettlebells are all about? You've probably seen them in the gym—those large, heavy metal balls with a handle. Maybe you haven't had the courage to use them properly yet, or are you already a kettlebell pro?
No matter your level, this fitness camp is for you! Experienced coaches will show you the correct technique and guide you through various kettlebell exercises like the kettlebell clean, Turkish get-ups, kettlebell swings, and many more. Let them help you take your kettlebell skills to the next level!
Fit Boxing is a great way to improve your fitness and develop explosive power!
Together with the team, you'll learn various boxing techniques and sequences, which you'll practice in a group setting. Here, you can really push yourself, take your fitness to the next level, and develop a new body awareness. The team spirit will motivate you, and fun is guaranteed!
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the ideal training format to take your endurance and strength to the next level!
In this fitness camp, you'll be challenged through an exciting circuit of various stations, including battle rope, TRX, air bike, farmer's carries, and wall ball. The HIIT circuit is designed to be suitable for all fitness levels and will help you specifically build your strength and endurance. Whether you're just starting out or already advanced, this workout offers you an effective introduction and a dramatic improvement in performance!
Strength endurance in camp isn't what's often aimed for in bodybuilding and traditional pumping. Instead, "strength" is defined here as "power"—that is, how much energy you need to lift a certain weight, how fast you can do it, and how long you can maintain that performance.
In the strength and endurance course, you'll learn to work with maximum strength formats to increase your muscular endurance and explosive power over the long term. This approach will help you not only improve your physical fitness but also permanently enhance your performance.
Mobility and stability are closely linked and are fundamental components of any fitness program. Mobility describes the mobility of your joints, with flexibility playing an important role. Through targeted exercises, you can increase your flexibility, stretch muscles and ligaments, and thus expand your range of motion.
Stability, on the other hand, refers to strengthening the muscle groups necessary for controlled and safe movement. In this class, you'll learn how to specifically activate and stabilize these muscle groups through gentle yoga flow movements, which will help you improve your mobility in the long term and prevent injury.

All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
The apartments each offer a private shower room, a kitchen, and a terrace or loggia. You can choose between a shared bedroom and a private single or double room. All rooms offer fast Wi-Fi.
