Daily 1x boot camp
3 hours of personal training per Travelling Athlete
From Monday to Saturday, various boot camps take place in a small group (max. 12 participants). You can therefore look forward to intensive and varied beach workouts with functional exercises. To make the program even more varied and to be able to perform different exercises, some courses also take place along the beach promenade.
All in all, the boot camps offer you the perfect opportunity to take part in fun, intensive and interesting workouts with like-minded people while enjoying the soothing Spanish sun.
In general, the focus of the courses is on intensive training units with functional exercises.
*The boot camps take place directly in front of your hotel. You will be informed of the exact meeting point in advance by WhatsApp / SMS. The training is therefore within walking distance - so you don't lose any valuable time during your well-deserved vacation.
Look forward to 3 hours of personal training during your fitness vacation and work intensively on your individual goals. Whether you want to lose weight, increase your stamina or improve your general fitness: Josè and his team of qualified personal trainers will take intensive care of you. Each session is perfectly tailored to your goals and takes place at a time and place agreed with you. Train on the beach promenade of Punta Negra or directly on the beautiful sandy beach right on your doorstep. Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 4 days / 3 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many boot camps & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
