Erlebe einen Fitnessurlaub auf Teneriffa, der so flexibel ist wie du! Ohne festen Tagesplan gestaltest du deine Tage nach Lust und Laune.
Starte den Morgen mit einem energiegeladenen Beach Bootcamp (7:30am), Danach genießt du ein gesundes Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer und stärkst dich für die nächsten Trainingseinheiten wie Pads Training (10:00am), Techniktraining oder Krav Maga (ab 11:00am) und dem Grand Finale mit HIIT Zirkeltraining (1:00pm). Jedes Gruppen-Workout bringt neue Herausforderungen und macht Spaß – egal, ob du Anfänger bist oder schon Erfahrung mitbringst.
Der Nachmittag gehört dir: entspanne an den traumhaften Stränden von Playa del Duque oder Playa Torviscas, gönn dir eine Pause oder entdecke die Umgebung. Am Abend kannst du bei Sunset Yoga entspannen und die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge erleben oder dich optional bei einer Stargazing-Tour faszinieren lassen.
Lass den Tag in entspannter Atmosphäre ausklingen – ob gemeinsam mit anderen Reiseathleten in einer Strandbar oder bei einem Bummel entlang der lebhaften Strandpromenade von Adeje. Dein Urlaub, dein Tempo, deine perfekte Balance aus Training und Erholung!

These gym workouts combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with boxing- and kickboxing-based techniques . The focus is on working with a partner, where you'll learn various striking techniques and stances. The goal is to improve your body awareness and build your confidence in potential defensive situations , while also promoting your fitness and overall well-being.
You'll practice striking combinations from martial arts, such as various punches and the use of elbows and knees. You'll also learn how to correctly move the pads for your partner—this sharpens your focus and improves your coordination. This versatile training offers a perfect blend of physical challenge and practical self-defense techniques.
Krav Maga ist ein Selbstverteidigungssystem, das vom israelischen Militär entwickelt und eingesetzt wird. Es setzt sich aus dem Effektivsten verschiedener Kampfstile aus ganzer Welt zusammen. Das Konzept besteht darin, beizubringen, wie sie mit gewalttätigen Angriffen in einer Vielzahl von Situationen umgehen und in kürzester Zeit maximalen Schaden anrichten können. Diese Kurse beginnen mit einem 15-minütigen Ganzkörper-Warm-up, das von unserem erfahrenen Trainerteam durchgeführt wird, um die Grundkraft und die Fitness zu verbessern. Du musst hierfür nicht super fit sein, aber mit der Zeit wird sich dein Fitnessniveau erheblich verbessern. Lerne, mit Situationen wie Angriffen auf der Straße, Greifen und Würgen, verschiedenen Waffenangriffen wie Messern, Flaschen und Stöcken umzugehen. Lerne auch, wie du dieses Training in realen Situationen während Sparringssitzungen und Bodenkampfszenarien anwenden kannst. Dieses Training wird dir mehr Selbstvertrauen geben, um mit gewalttätigen Situationen umzugehen, sollten diese auftreten.
Während das Training zusammen mit Einheimischen ist, folgt ein wertvolles Technik Training ausschließlich für Bootcamp Teilnehmer.
Das Zirkeltraining besteht aus verschiedenen Übungen die deinen ganzen Körper trainieren. Die Übungen werden als hochintensives Intervalltraining gestaltet, bei dem freie Gewichte, Kettle Bells, Medizinbälle, TRX und Battle Ropes eingesetzt werden. Ein typisches Beispiel sind 30 Sekunden an einer Station bei maximaler Geschwindigkeit mit einer 15-sekündigen Pause, bevor man zur nächsten Station wechselt. Diese Art von Fitnessprogramm ist nachweislich nicht nur für die körperliche Gesundheit, sondern auch für das geistige Wohlbefinden absolut förderlich. Wie in allen Bootcamp Kursen darf auch hier das intensive Core Training nicht zu kurz kommen.
Das Zirkeltraining ist das letzte Training des Tages und holt nochmal alles aus dir raus.

You will immediately feel how the deep stretches in combination with conscious deep breathing not only calm your nervous system and relax you, but also how beneficial it is for the sore muscles that you will definitely have.
