The two water parks Siam & Aqualand also provide variety. While Siam Park is one of the biggest and best water parks in Europe, the Aqualand water park scores with lots of exciting slides and an incredible dolphin show.

In Tenerife, we work with several fitness partners who offer us various programs. In this fitness travel package on the Costa Adeje, you can look forward to getting to know Steve Coster (5/5 stars on Google with over 65 reviews | 27.08.2020) and receiving intensive coaching from him. The friendly Scotsman (speaks English) has been dedicated to sport, especially various martial arts, for more than 35 years. He has trained hundreds of athletes, professional athletes as well as police and military personnel: the perfect conditions to coach and motivate you in this boot camp on Tenerife.
Due to Steve's various qualifications , such as Krav Mage & Kapap (a type of self-defense used by the Israeli military, among others), the training is also extremely varied. The various courses on offer usually last 60-90 minutes. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on training units with functional exercises. A trainer is present at all times to support you with the exercises and correct your postures and movements. Of course, he will also motivate you to make the best possible progress.
In addition, Steve attaches great importance to sustainable impulses, which is why he pursues a holistic concept that focuses on a good mix of fitness and nutrition.
The morning beach bootcamps take place directly on the beach at Play La Pinta Puerto Colón. The other courses take place at the Krav Maga Gym in Island Village. We will provide you with a contact person before your departure who will drive you to the respective courses - at no extra cost!

Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 7 days. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip cannot be canceled, but can be postponed to another date at least 32 days before departure. However, you are welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
