Our partner, Titan Fitness Camp, employs only certified personal trainers who can tailor every workout and training session to your needs. They also have access to a first-class facility just a 5-minute walk from your accommodation. The training facility offers you just about everything you could wish for. In addition to a large indoor and outdoor training area, it also includes an obstacle course and a fully equipped fitness and strength training area . If that's not enough, training can of course also take place on the beach.

Train with your personal coach. Your personal trainer will be there for you throughout the entire session, giving you exercises, monitoring your execution, and motivating you during those final reps—in short, they'll provide variety, fun, and help you achieve your goals.
In addition to the extensive outdoor training facilities, the camp also features a fully air-conditioned indoor gym. Three floors of free weights and countless modern machines from top brands like LifeFitness, Cybex, and Nautilus are at your disposal. There's also an education area where athletes can meet with an expert nutritionist on Mondays at lunchtime. In this beach training, you'll work through numerous obstacles and exercises, including tire flips, ladders, medical balls, and battle ropes. It's an hour of running, jogging, jumps, pushups, and squats. In addition to being a proven fun factor, this fitness class on a dream Phuket beach will push you to your limits. Use the sand, the sun, and the spectacular mountain views to take your workout to the next level. Round-trip transportation is included.

Every Thursday morning at 6:30 a.m., you can look forward to the Big Buddha Run. Ride the Titan truck to the bottom of the hill. From there, the group will head to the summit. Walk, run, jog, or whatever it takes to conquer the 4.5 km steep climb up to Thailand's largest Buddha statue. It's worth it just for the best view of the bay! But you can also expect to see a few little monkeys along the way. Try to conquer the mountain to the Buddha week after week, reduce your time, and get on the famous leaderboard!

The 360° program is a full-body circuit that challenges you and your heart rate through a combination of functional exercises and techniques, putting you in the fat-burning zone. Enjoy high-intensity exercises (HIIT) for 40 seconds followed by short breaks. This highly popular class, suitable for all levels, will improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your calorie burn.

The goal of mobility training is to mobilize the joints to the greatest possible range of motion using passive and/or active exercises. Cross-training is one of the toughest classes offered by Titan Fitness. Each class is different from the last and includes completely different workouts and WODs (workout of the day).

This class is a natural progression from Body360. You'll utilize all the skills you learned in strength and technique classes. This is the ultimate workout: functional fitness meets gymnastics, mobility, and flexibility.

A stay at Titan Fitness Training Camp is the perfect time to try new things. Many participants in the Olympic Weightlifting class have no previous weightlifting experience. Year after year, this form of training remains one of the most popular classes.
The trainers break down the complex movements and guide you step by step to first ensure perfect form and execution and then build power, strength and increasing speed.
Each class includes a strength and technique element, as well as a workout for testing your new skills. Elements of these movements are often incorporated into cross-training and other workouts. The boxing classes offer a real breakthrough when it comes to burning calories.

Life is often about overcoming various obstacles as best you can. And this course is no different. Look forward to an outdoor obstacle course where you'll use your strength and wits to overcome everything thrown your way – not without the help of your friends, of course. Climb a rope, crawl through a sand pit, and jump over various obstacles – this course will get you fit and have tons of fun at the same time.

During the week, you have the opportunity to practice Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Flow Yoga, and Hot Power Yoga. Yoga classes are offered 2-3 times a day by experienced yoga instructors.
Ashtanga Yoga : A beginner-friendly version of the primary series. This class places a strong focus on the upper body and core.
Dynamic Flow Yoga : Vinyasa-based classes that connect breath with movement as you move dynamically and fluidly through the asanas (postures/body positions).
Power Yoga (Vinyasa-style class): In addition to a focus on the torso, this type of yoga is similar to interval training due to high intensity phases with breaks.
Bikram Express : A yoga class that briefly covers and reviews all 26 postures. The class lasts 60 minutes, as opposed to the usual 90 minutes.
The evening spin classes will captivate you with intense bike and bodyweight exercises. Twice a week, spin core classes will also provide the ultimate sweat break. This evening class is a non-stop, maximum effort with loud and motivating music. Enjoy breathtaking views as the sun sets over Big Buddha—an ideal time to reflect on a successful day of training.

Perfect your speed, agility, and acceleration, or try functional exercises like flipping truck tires. Make the most of the tropical sunshine with numerous classes, including open-air classes held in an open, functional space.
Increase your strength, agility, explosiveness, and muscular endurance with targeted methods specifically developed for peak athletic performance. In daily strength and technique classes, a different muscle group or movement is intensively trained each day. Beginners are given time to learn techniques, while advanced athletes can refine their weight and technique. The focus is on precise technique rather than cardio. Qualified trainers pay attention to correct form, allowing even experienced athletes to make significant progress with small adjustments. Whether it's bench presses, deadlifts, or gymnastics – you'll learn something new in every class that will take your performance to the next level in terms of intensity and speed.
