12 PREMIUM ROOMS AND 2 JUNIOR SUITES
The Shanti Som Wellbeing Retreat has 14 elegant rooms and suites, whose furnishings combine Western and Asian elements. These are divided into twelve premium rooms and two junior suites. In addition to all the usual amenities (air conditioning, safe, etc.), the Premium Rooms also offer a balcony or terrace with views of the surrounding picturesque forest and mountains (approx. 25 sqm).
The slightly more spacious junior suites impress with a large terrace and a view of the hotel's own oriental garden with three lagoons (approx. 50 sqm).

In terms of cuisine, this retreat offers you everything from Asian fusion cuisine, which mainly uses local ingredients. Look forward to balanced, healthy Asian-inspired meals in the "Samsara" restaurant, which offers you a relaxed atmosphere and modern dining rooms.
Breakfast: 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Lunch: 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
You start the day with a breakfast buffet and have the option of choosing from a varied menu at lunchtime and in the evening. One drink (wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages) is included with each meal.

The resort is located in the 180-square-kilometer Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, a biosphere reserve in the province of Málaga on the Costa del Sol. This ensures that your resort is surrounded by pine, almond, lemon, and olive trees, as well as a vast forest.
Hike with a guide through the area surrounding the resort, observe the extraordinary vegetation, and discover a wide variety of fruits. The landscape is characterized in particular by the extensive rocky areas and plateaus of the so-called "Sierras Blancas" and "Sierras Rojas" made of white limestone and reddish dolomite. You can also discover the Pinsapo fir trees, which grow only in Andalusia and Morocco. The Sierra is also known for its numerous Iberian ibexes, deer, and wild boars.
The Shanti Som Wellbeing Retreat is located four kilometers from the town of Monda; Marbella and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are approximately a 15-minute drive away. The resort can be reached via Málaga Airport-Costa del Sol, which is approximately 40 km away.
A private airport transfer costs approximately €70 for a one-way trip (€140 return) and is paid for on site at the resort. Alternatively, we recommend renting a car so you can explore southern Spain independently.
After a restful night's sleep and a refreshing dip in the resort's own pool, enjoy a healthy breakfast. Then tune into your inner peace with the sunrise to enjoy this life-enriching experience.Yogaaccompanies you at all levels and strengthens body, mind, and spirit.
Train with a personal trainer or in groups with others to achieve your individual goals. Look forward to a variety of fitness classes and start the day full of vigor and energy. You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included Services).

Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
