The resort offers two different functional fitness classes every day. These are suitable for all levels and take place indoors, outdoors or on the beach. Head coach Abdu will cater to your individual needs and ensure that you achieve your fitness goals. To balance things out, we also recommend attending one of the three yoga classes offered daily. These take place in a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful yoga shala with a direct sea view. A combination of sweat-inducing fitness classes and relaxed yoga sessions will help you to feel fitter and more balanced at the same time.

Paradis Plage offers fresh and healthy Mediterranean and international cuisine à la carte or from the buffet. Most of the products come from a local organic farm. Due to its proximity to a traditional fishing village, the resort offers fresh fish and seafood from the region every day. In total, Paradis Plage has 4 restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious dishes throughout the day. A healthy breakfast buffet is already included (half board is optional).

The Paradis Spa offers a wide range of traditional French and Moroccan therapeutic treatments using the highest quality local products. From pebble massages to relaxing massages in the tranquil outdoor area to a traditional hammam treatment (our recommendation), you can let yourself be completely pampered here. The hotel is located just a few minutes from Taghazout - a fishing village on the Moroccan Atlantic coast, hemmed in by the Atlas Mountains, north of the city of Agadir. The flair of the coastal town has long been known, so the hype surrounding Taghazout is greater than ever. Although the village is still tranquil, more and more active travelers are being drawn here. The laid-back fishing village, once famous for calamari and hippies, is now the most popular surfing destination in Morocco for beginners and pros alike (the best waves can be found there between November and March). Enjoy an hour of intensive 1:1 personal training support & work on your individual goals. You can also take part in two different fitness classes a day. There are no limits to the variety of courses during your trip. Take part in morning beach jogging along the 5 km long white sandy beach, power up with an outdoor cross-training session or take a more leisurely approach with Pilates stretching.

You have access to two fitness classes a day in a small group.
Look forward to various fitness classes, which take place daily (except Sundays) at 11:00 & 15:00. The 60-minute classes vary from cross-training to full-body workouts and beach runs. The number of participants is limited from 2 to 6 people.
Important: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will receive a private lesson as a Travelling Athlete !

You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.

You are also welcome to travel alone with us. In general, around 70% of all Travelling Athletes travel alone. As a solo traveler, you are sure to quickly meet other like-minded people.

This trip is suitable for ALL Travelling Athletes : no matter what fitness level! All courses can be customized to your fitness level - don't be afraid :)

We always recommend booking the complete package, as our trips have been deliberately put together in this way. In addition, our trips are considered "package tours", so you are also covered by law and receive a travel insurance certificate. However, if you only want to book the sports program, please ask.

You are welcome to customize your trip with optional services, which you will find listed in the booking form (including additional hours of personal training). Note: If, for example, you already have 2 hours of personal training included and you book 2 additional hours of personal training, you will have a total of 4 hours included.
