Look forward to an intensive outdoor workout at Muscle Beach . Numerous training options are available here at any time . With every workout, you'll not only experience the various benefits of exercising in the fresh air but also enjoy the Bali sun.
The yoga center includes three yoga pavilions : The Beach Warung (20 people) – an absolutely picturesque location with ocean views and magnificent sunrises over the mountains and the sea. A large tropical pavilion (80 people) – ideal for aerial (flying) yoga. A small group room (15 people) – with air conditioning.
For those who want to work out on their own in their free time, Komune Resort offers a modern, first-class gym. It features a full range of cardio equipment, pins, and weights , as well as a variety of dumbbells, TRX, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, battle ropes, pull-up bars, punching bags, Bosu balls, surfboards, rowing machines, and much more.
A 25-meter training pool – This pool was designed for aerobic training for surfers, as well as for breathwork and big wave training . It's also used as a general training and fitness pool. Training in the pool in warm sunshine: What could be better?
To relax your muscles after a strenuous workout and surfing, the resort offers an 8-room day spa with wet and dry rooms, as well as a beauty and hair salon. Two 50-minute treatments are included during your stay. Choose between any spa or salon treatment.

No fixed daily routine – design your day according to your wishes!
After a good night's sleep, start the day in top shape with an intensive & varied functional training session or enjoy one of the yoga classes on offer. Afterwards, you can enjoy a healthy breakfast at the Beach Club and spend the morning as you wish - be it with a 1:1 workout or a relaxing day on the beach.
After a delicious lunch in one of the restaurants on offer, you can go for a beach run or an outdoor workout on the resort's Muscle Beach in the afternoon or evening if you feel like doing some more sport.
Round off the day with dinner at the resort and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere at a beach bar or an open-air cinema.

PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING 1×1:
You can optionally book personal training during the booking process and take your fitness to the next level. Train with your personal coach. Your personal trainer is only there for you during the entire session, gives you exercises, checks your execution, motivates you with the last repetitions - in short: they ensure variety, fun and that you achieve your goals.
Enjoy a selection of the following courses:
CARDIO BOX:
Duration 40 to 45 minutes. An intensive, fun workout with boxing exercises and your own body weight. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance and coordination.
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS:
Duration 45 to 50 minutes. Improve the mobility, strength and muscular power of your entire body. Full-body training with the latest exercises from training theory.
HIIT CIRCLE TRAINING:
Duration 45 minutes. Focus on short, high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high-intensity training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.
ABS & CORE:
Duration 35 to 40 minutes. A low-intensity workout to strengthen the entire core musculature, i.e. your core and deep muscles between the diaphragm and pelvis (especially the center of the body). In particular, exercises for the abdomen, legs and bottom are included.
BODYWEIGHT TRAINING:
Duration 45 minutes. Full body workout for your entire body with exercises.
UNILATERAL TRAINING:
means that each side of the body works independently to compensate for muscular imbalances, improve stability and coordination and strengthen the core muscles. Examples include one-arm shoulder presses, Bulgarian split squats and one-legged deadlifts.
ASHTANGA YOGA:
Ashtanga Yoga stammt aus der Tradition von T. Krishnamacharya und wurde von Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, Indien, basierend auf dem alten Text Yoga Korunta systematisiert. Dieser dynamische, kraftvolle Yogastil, der feste Abfolgen von Asanas mit Ujjayi-Atmung und Bandhas kombiniert, fördert Kraft, Flexibilität, Ausdauer und mentale Fokussierung.
DYNAMIC HATHA YOGA:
Is a dynamic form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is sought primarily through physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation. It leads to deep and liberating relaxation and recuperation.
GENTLE YOGA FLOW:
A regenerative yoga style, and a very calming and meditative type of yoga. The focus is on inner peace, clarity and self-love. It is therefore ideal for relaxing after a strenuous yoga class or fitness course. Also ideal for pregnant women or stressed people.
YIN YOGA:
Yin yoga is a calm, more passive style of yoga that is mainly practiced while sitting or lying down. By staying in the asana poses for a long time, the fascia is also addressed and the parasympathetic nervous system is activated. It is particularly suitable as a balance to movement-oriented yoga practices. The aim is to experience deep self-awareness and relaxation.
VINYASA YOGA:
Vinyasa Yoga is an active, dynamic form of yoga, also known as "flow" yoga. It uses controlled breathing to calmly & gently link movements of the asanas (poses) through pranayama (breathing).

Keramas Beach is home to numerous activities and several new hotspots . One of these is the Komune Beach Club, part of the Komune Resort. This means you have the best events right on your doorstep. Enjoy the sunset at your resort with chill-out music by the pool, film screenings in an open-air cinema, and special night surfing events under spotlights. The black sand beach is also perfect for a nice, peaceful stroll, a morning run, or even surfing . Grab a board and test out the incredible waves of the Keramas surf break.
Keramas Beach is a beautiful black sand beach (volcanic deposits) that runs 1.8 kilometers along the southeastern coast of Gianyar, Bali. The beach is one of several beaches that line this relatively remote stretch of coast, namely Saba, Masceti, Cucukan, Lebih, Lepang, and Watu Klotok. The nearest larger town, Gianyar , is about 20 minutes away and offers excellent opportunities to experience Bali's culinary side, particularly at the famous night market. The world-famous yoga mecca of Ubud is about 40 minutes away and is ideal for a day trip.
