Whetheryou're looking for an intensive fitness vacation on Tenerife or a mix of training, relaxing on the beach and partying: Costa Adeje has something for EVERYONE. However, on this fitness trip you won't be staying in the middle of the hustle and bustle (Las Americas), but about 10 minutes away by car in the quieter fishing village of La Caleta. This means you can focus entirely on the sporting aspect of this fitness trip and still enjoy all the benefits of this beautiful stretch of coastline.
This stretch of coast, Costa Adeje, is located in the southwest of the island and is home to many of the best beaches in the Canary Islands. For you, of course, this means pure vacation feeling. Relax on one of the many dream beaches and enjoy the warm water temperatures all year round. The chic Playa del Duquein particular will enchant you with its soft sand and beautiful clear water. If you want to be a little more active, you will also find numerous water sports activities such as jet skiing, windsurfing and parasailing on site. The two water parks Siam & Aqualand also provide variety. While Siam Park is one of the biggest and best water parks in Europe, the Aqualand water park boasts a whole host of exciting slides and an incredible dolphin show.

Our tip: To get to know the many facets of the island in the best possible way, a rental car is recommended. This way you can easily discover the various beaches on the coast, visit El Teide National Park or take a day trip to Santa Cruz. We are also happy to help you organize a rental car. Overall, you can expect a very friendly atmosphere in this outdoor box. The various courses/WODs on offer usually last one hour. The groups are kept relatively small (maximum 10 people) to ensure intensive support. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on training units with functional exercises (strength, technique, endurance). A course/WOD usually includes a general and specific warm-up program as well as technical movement sequences for the exercises. A trainer is present at all times to support you with the exercises and correct your posture and movements. Of course, they will also motivate you to make the best possible progress.

Complete an intensive workout of the day in the morning after a good night's sleep. Let Javier or Carolina from Survive Top Training motivate you and start the day in top shape. After a healthy breakfast(sports catering), you can complete another individual workout in the box in the morning. Alternatively, we recommend completing a beach run or beach workout on the Playa del Duque beach in the morning. You will quickly get to know the various benefits of a sports session in the soft sand . You are sure to have a lot of fun during this varied workout and work off all your energy at the same time.
A quiet day at the beach awaits you in the afternoon. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa del Duque or Playa Torviscas and relax in perfect weather conditions.

If you feel like exercising again in the evening, you are welcome to complete an individual session at Tenerife Top Training or take part in another WOD and meet like-minded people from all over the world. For example, focus on short, high-intensity exercise and recovery intervals during high-intensity interval training and only use your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your fitness and therefore your strength, power and endurance.

You can then enjoy the evening in a beach bar with a good feeling. Alternatively, La Caleta or the neighboring vacation resort of Adeje offer numerous options for further evening entertainment.

Travel and booking conditions

Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 5 days. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.

Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.

Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.

Cancellation conditions:
This trip cannot be canceled - only a postponement is possible. However, you are welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
