A balanced diet is just as important in the GI Jane Bootcamp as exercise. The program helps you reset your metabolism, kick bad habits such as consuming caffeine, refined carbohydrates, alcohol and processed foods and make healthy choices for the long term. The experts at the boot camp not only take weight into account, which is a major issue for us women, but also factors such as stress, lack of sleep and metabolic problems.
Special dietary requirements are taken into account during registration and meals can be customized. The program is an effective start to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
The nutritionists provide motivational lectures and individual counseling to analyze your lifestyle and create a sustainable plan. After the camp, you will receive recipes and menu plans as a basis for long-term change. The support doesn't end when you leave - the team is there to help you at all times.
The GI Jane Bootcamp aims to make lasting changes in your life. That's why the support doesn't end with the camp - the team of experts will continue to support you to achieve your goals.
You will receive a customized nutrition plan and a 21-day challenge that will permanently change your awareness of healthy eating.
After booking, you will be sent all the important information. Bed linen, towels and all the training equipment are already prepared for you on site - so that you can concentrate fully on your transformation.
Arrival at the camp is always on Monday mornings, the first training sessions start in the afternoon. Departure is on Fridays after a training session and a final breakfast(approx. 10:00am).
NOTE
All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
The accommodation is high quality and comfortable. Many rooms have their own bathroom, and for everyone else, the bathrooms are close by. Towels and bed linen are provided so that you can concentrate fully on your training and the impressive natural scenery.
