The GI Jane Bootcamp is an intensive fitness and health retreat for women only, ideal for anyone looking to kick-start their fitness or achieve sustainable weight management. Led by military-trained instructors, you'll experience a varied program of challenging exercises, personal attention and mental support. With a maximum of 16 participants per week, you will enjoy individual training, a balanced diet and the opportunity to regenerate in comfortable accommodation. The accommodation, a country house, is set in some of the most beautiful countryside in England. With charming villages and a picturesque backdrop of fields and farms, the region - known as the "Garden of England" - offers an inspiring environment for your running and walking routes. The idyllic nature motivates and creates the perfect setting for your training while allowing you to switch off from everyday life. You will stay in comfortable shared double and triple rooms of the highest standard, most of which have en-suite bathrooms in the room. If you really don't want to give up your privacy, you can also book a single room for an extra charge.

Program
True to boot camp, your day starts early at 6:50 in the morning. All participants meet on time and in full training gear, ready for the day before starting with a morning run. Breakfast is followed by further strength, endurance and military training sessions, as well as boxing fitness and BBP, before the evening ends with an ice bath and dinner.

The GI Jane Bootcamp places great emphasis on a balanced diet, as it is just as important as exercise. Included in the package is a healthy, balanced diet with 1,200 calories a day, spread over five meals. Freshly prepared meals made from the best ingredients provide you with optimal support during intensive training. You burn 3,000-4,000 calories a day and are guaranteed to lose weight and bulk. A nutritionist will give you individual tips and support you with a follow-up program after the camp. Recipes, menu plans and individual adjustments for special needs make it easy to start a sustainable lifestyle.

Can I arrive and depart flexibly?
The bootcamps take place from Friday to Friday. However, you can also take part in the bootcamp for several weeks at certain times. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
This training concept pushes you to your personal limits. Participation in all classes is part of the program, with each workout being individually tailored to help you reach your maximum potential, regardless of your fitness level.

This trip can be canceled in accordance with our terms and conditions. You are also welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.

You are also welcome to travel alone with us. In general, around 70% of all Travelling Athletes travelers travel alone. As a solo traveler, you will certainly quickly meet other like-minded people.
This trip is suitable for ALL Travelling Athletes : no matter what fitness level! All courses can be individually adapted to your fitness level - don't be afraid :)
This special trip can only be booked as a complete package.
This travel offer has already been put together perfectly for you and can therefore only be booked as a fixed package. The duration of the trip can of course be optionally extended to two weeks.

Accommodation & location
Less than an hour's train ride from London's Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and City airports, the boot camp is in an idyllic location close to nature. The accommodation at the GI Bootcamp is high quality and comfortable. Many of the double rooms offered in the standard package have their own bathroom, and for all others the bathrooms are right next door. If participants are traveling alone, they are assigned a room partner on site - often resulting in real friendships. However, if you really prefer a single room, you can book this for an extra charge.

Fitness program
The boot camp runs from Monday to Friday and is packed with up to 7 varied fitness sessions per day. These include morning runs, boxing, military parcours, weight training and much more. We'll be honest: it will be tough and you will push yourself beyond your limits! However, all exercises and sessions will be adapted to your fitness level and needs.
