Eine ausgewogene Ernährung ist im GI Jane Bootcamp ebenso wichtig wie Bewegung. Das Programm hilft dir, deinen Stoffwechsel zu resetten, schlechte Gewohnheiten wie den Konsum von Koffein, raffinierten Kohlenhydraten, Alkohol und verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln abzulegen und langfristig gesunde Entscheidungen zu treffen. Hierbei berücksichtigen die Experten im Bootcamp nicht nur das Gewicht ein großes Thema für uns Frauen ist sondern beziehen auch Faktoren wie Stress, Schlafmangel oder Stoffwechselprobleme mit ein.
Bei der Anmeldung werden spezielle Ernährungsbedürfnisse berücksichtigt, und Mahlzeiten können individuell angepasst werden. Das Programm ist ein effektiver Start für einen gesunden, ausgewogenen Lebensstil.
Die Ernährungsberater bieten dir motivierende Vorträge und individuelle Beratung, um deinen Lebensstil zu analysieren und einen nachhaltigen Plan zu erstellen. Nach dem Camp erhältst du Rezepte und Menüpläne als Grundlage für eine langfristige Veränderung. Die Betreuung endet nicht mit der Abreise – das Team steht dir jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite.
The GI Jane Bootcamp aims to make lasting changes in your life. That's why the support doesn't end with the camp - the team of experts will continue to support you to achieve your goals.
You will receive a customized nutrition plan and a 21-day challenge that will permanently change your awareness of healthy eating.
After booking, you will be sent all the important information. Bed linen, towels and all the training equipment are already prepared for you on site - so that you can concentrate fully on your transformation.
Arrival at the camp is always on Monday mornings, the first training sessions start in the afternoon. Departure is on Fridays after a training session and a final breakfast(approx. 10:00am).
NOTE
All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
The accommodation is high quality and comfortable. Many rooms have their own bathroom, and for everyone else, the bathrooms are close by. Towels and bed linen are provided so that you can concentrate fully on your training and the impressive natural scenery.
