Nova Fitness Retreat is much more than just a place to train: it is a consciously designed space for real change. Inspired by the Dong Son Drum, an ancient Vietnamese symbol of resilience, discipline, and community, it is a place where strength, clarity, community, and sustainable well-being come together so that fitness has a holistic effect, not just a physical one.
You'll get access to a diverse range of courses—carefully designed to support all fitness levels and goals. Every day, you can expect 4–5 different sessions that are perfectly coordinated and offer a balanced mix of strength, endurance, recovery, and mindfulness.
In addition, there is one personal training sessionper booking, during which you can focus even more specifically on your personal goals and needs.
Here you will work specifically on strength and muscle building. Lookforward to:
Functional Strength:Strength training with everyday movements (e.g., squats, lifts, presses) that strengthen the entire body.
Power Burn: Faster, intense strength workout with lots of repetitions. Maximum exertion until your muscles (and lungs) burn.
Strength & Technique:Focus on clean technique during strength exercises so that you can safely become stronger.
Glute & Core Sculpt: Targeted training for gluteal and core muscles, important for posture, stability, and a strong core with the pleasant side effect of sculpting a flat stomach and round buttocks.
Intense cardiovascular and full-body workouts to improve endurance, fat burning, and energy.
NovaFit: Varied full-body workout with strength, endurance, and cardio elements.
HIIT: Short, intense intervals with short breaks to increase endurance and metabolism.
Circuit training: A circuit of strength and endurance exercises, with or without equipment.
Cardio Blast: Dynamic endurance training with varying levels of intensity.
Hyrox Prep: Combination of running and functional exercises, adaptable to any level.
These units incorporate techniques from various martial arts and translate them into safe, non-contact training. The result is powerful workouts that promote fitness, coordination, and mental focus in equal measure.
Boxing/kickboxing fitness: Basics from boxing and kickboxing combined with endurance and coordination exercises—for rhythm, whole-body tension, and fitness.
Taekwondo Basics: Introduction to stances, basic kicks, and simple movement sequences, with a focus on flexibility, balance, and clean technique.
WERDE Travelling Athlete
This is endurance-oriented training that strengthens the cardiovascular system and leg strength. The sessions vary in intensity and duration.
In addition to all the hard training, you can look forward to sessions that promote flexibility, regeneration, and mental calm. The focus is on mindful movement and functional mobilization:
At Nove, exercise doesn't just take place indoors. Throughout the week, there are numerous opportunities to stay active outdoors in harmony with the surroundings and nature. These include, for example:
Accompanying workshops help you to take the changes initiated during your vacation home with you and continue them in the long term.
Goal Setting: In this workshop session, you will set clear, realistic goals—whether it's fat loss, increased strength, or improved performance—and learn how to translate them into actionable everyday steps.
Reflection: A conscious moment at the end of the week to reflect on progress, challenges, and personal insights and take away what will help you in the long term.
Nutrition & wellness workshops: Chefs and coaches show you how nutrition, regeneration, and mindset work together—for more energy, health, and well-being, both in everyday life and on vacation.

All on-site accommodations feature air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, blackout curtains, and unlimited high-speed internet (500+ Mbps).

The 30m² rooms are ideal for all Travelling Athletes are traveling alone and for a shorter period of 1-2 weeks. The rooms are comfortably furnished and each suite has a double bed, a small refrigerator, blackout curtains for restful sleep and good regeneration, and a private bathroom. Directly in front of the room is a shared terrace overlooking tropical gardens and the natural stone pool – ideal for breaks between training sessions.

The spacious 70m² Deluxe Villa offers more space and privacy for all Travelling Athletes who are planning a longer stay or want to travel as a couple. This option offers a particularly comfortable stay. The detached accommodation has a separate living area, a small kitchen with a large refrigerator, and a private terrace surrounded by greenery—ideal for retreating to after an intense day of training.

The Forest View Bungalow offers a combination of simplicity and comfort. It is perfect for all Travelling Athletes who want more peace and quiet and a closer connection to nature. Each unit has a double bed, a small refrigerator, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep and good recovery. In front of the bungalow is a private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens—an ideal place to relax between training sessions.









The off-site resort is just a short drive (5 minutes) from the retreat grounds and offers you a peaceful garden setting or beachfront resort. You will stay in comfortable double rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, mini-fridges, and high-speed Wi-Fi—ideal for training, time out, and relaxation.
A free shuttle bus will take you to and from the retreat several times a day.

A tranquil garden setting just minutes from Nova Fitness Retreat. The rooms are nestled among palm trees and tropical greenery, offering a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation features comfortable double rooms with private bathrooms, a lagoon pool, and an open-air café—ideal for Travelling Athletes who value peace and quiet, natural views, and easy access to the beach and gym.
