At the boot camp on the beach, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes. An hour of running, jogging, jumps, push-ups and squats. In addition to the proven fun factor, this fitness course will push you to your limits without Sergeant Major. Take advantage of the sand, the sun and the spectacular mountain views to take your workout to the next level.
HIIT & fitness on vacation:
Focus on short and high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high intensity training and only use your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.
Mobility on vacation:

In CrossFit, WOD stands for "Workout of the Day" and consists of various exercises that are usually performed in the form of intensive circuit training. After a restful night's sleep, we recommend an easy run along the beach promenade at sunrise. Then cool off in the refreshing sea before fortifying yourself for the day with a healthy breakfast. Your health and body composition will then be analyzed and your fitness tested (body water, protein, minerals, fat). Based on this, your individual fitness program begins.
Afterwards, complete one of the many workouts: Beach Bootcamp, Functional Training, HIIT, Mobilty, Muay Thai or S.A.Q. are just a few of the fitness classes offered on site (see above).

In the boot camp on the beach, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes. You'll also complete your first 1×1 session with a leading personal trainer and learn about healthy cooking in terms of calorie, protein and fat content. Of course, you will also gain an insight into Thai cooking culture (including Phad Thai, Thai Tom Yum soup).
Enjoy your free time on the beach and let yourself be pampered. Learn the basic mechanics of improving fitness and the underlying process in three steps. Stress, the importance of recovery, and the body's continuous adaptation to movement are the focus of the workshop. A distinction is made between functional, cardiorespiratory and resistance training. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beach in the evening and relax in perfect weather conditions. Enjoy the remaining hours in a beach bar with a good feeling. Alternatively, Phuket offers various options for further evening entertainment.
Travel duration:
This retreat has a fixed duration of 8 days / 7 nights. However, there is also the option of 15, 21 and 28 days. Please see "Travel packages overview".
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
