The resort offers two different functional fitness classes daily, which are included in your package. These are suitable for all levels and take place indoors, outdoors, or on the beach. Head coach Abdu will tailor his classes to your individual needs and ensure you achieve your fitness goals. To balance things out, we also recommend attending one of the three daily yoga classes. These take place in a relaxed atmosphere in the beautiful yoga shala with direct ocean views. The combination of the sweat-inducing fitness classes and the relaxed yoga sessions will help you feel fitter and more balanced.

Paradis Plage offers fresh and healthy Mediterranean and international cuisine à la carte or buffet-style. Most of the produce comes from a local organic farm. Due to its proximity to a traditional fishing village, the resort offers fresh local fish and seafood daily. Paradis Plage has four restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious dishes throughout the day. A healthy breakfast buffet is included (half board is optional).

The Paradis Spa offers a wide range of traditional French and Moroccan therapeutic treatments, performed using the highest quality local products. From pebble massages to relaxing massages in the tranquil outdoor area to a traditional hammam treatment (our recommendation), you can indulge in complete pampering here. The hotel is just minutes from Taghazout – a fishing village on the Moroccan Atlantic coast, hemmed in by the Atlas Mountains, north of the city of Agadir. You have access to two small group fitness classes every day .
Look forward to various fitness classes, which take place daily (except Sundays) at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The 60-minute classes range from cross-training to full-body workouts to beach runs. Participants are limited to 2 to 6 people.
Important: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will receive Travelling Athlete a private lesson!

You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.

You are also welcome to travel alone with us. In general, around 70% of all Travelling Athletes travel alone. As a solo traveler, you are sure to quickly meet other like-minded people.

This trip is suitable for ALL Travelling Athletes : no matter what fitness level! All courses can be customized to your fitness level - don't be afraid :)

We always recommend booking the complete package, as our trips have been deliberately put together in this way. In addition, our trips are considered "package tours", so you are also covered by law and receive a travel insurance certificate. However, if you only want to book the sports program, please ask.

You are welcome to customize your trip with optional services, which you will find listed in the booking form (including additional hours of personal training). Note: If, for example, you already have 2 hours of personal training included and you book 2 additional hours of personal training, you will have a total of 4 hours included.
