In Bali, we work with several fitness partners who provide us with various programs. In this fitness travel package in Canggu, you can look forward to getting to know local fitness trainers and receiving intensive coaching from our partner S2S CrossFit. A very familiar and friendly atmosphere will welcome you and offer you a home away from home - just a few minutes from the beach. The various classes on offer usually last one hour and are kept relatively small so that Justin & the other coaches can focus intensively on you. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on training sessions with functional exercises. These take place in the studio or outdoors on an athletics or soccer pitch as well as on the beach. Experience challenging and interesting beach workouts and enjoy the soothing sunshine at the same time.
You can customize your personal training sessions in consultation with your coach. Whether you want to focus on CrossFit-specific technique training (e.g. pull-ups, handstand walk) or an intensive MetCon workout - the choice is yours 🙂
In addition to the S2S CrossFit program, you can take part in daily yoga sessions free of charge. The yoga sessions take place in the well-known Desa Seni Yoga Studio. Between three and five different yoga classes are available here every day. Discover a varied program ranging from calm and meditative yin yoga to vigorous vinyasa yoga. Complete outdoor yoga and/or an intensive S2S CrossFit workout in the morning after a good night's sleep. Let the experts inspire you and start the day in top shape. After a healthy breakfast and a swim in the sea , you can complete an intensive 1:1 beach workout or any fitness program with your personal trainer in the morning or at a time of your choosing. You will quickly get to know the various benefits of a sports session on the beach. You're sure to have a lot of fun during this varied workout and work off all your energy at the same time. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch and choose between Balinese specialties or international dishes. You can then look forward to one of your surfing lessons in the surfers' paradise of Bali 🙂 Alternatively, a quiet day on the beach in Canggu awaits you. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beach and relax in perfect weather conditions. The "Island of the Gods" also offers you fascinating landscapes - rice fields, temples, waterfalls, jungle landscapes and much more await you.
If you feel like exercising again in the evening, you are welcome to take part in a HIIT course or an S2S CrossFit class (WOD) and meet like-minded people from all over the world. With High Intensity Interval Training, focus on short, high-intensity load and recovery intervals and only use your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.
You can then enjoy the evening with a good feeling in a cozy beach bar. Alternatively, Bali offers various options for further evening entertainment in Canggu, Seminyak or Kuta.
Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 8 days / 7 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your fitness vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.

The vacation was simply 1A. I didn't just want to lie on the beach again on my last vacation, I also wanted to be active. This vacation was more than perfect for that. I had different sports sessions every day and optional surf lessons, so I now feel even fitter than before. However, I also took a complete break one day and used the time to visit Ubud.
My girlfriend was also super happy, especially with the yoga classes 🙂 There's not much to say about Bali except: A DREAM!!! Only the traffic is a bit exhausting.
All in all a great vacation!
We were in a group of four in Bali last week. As two of us already had some experience with CrossFit, but the other two not at all, we had some reservations before the trip. But in hindsight, I have to say that this wasn't a problem at all, on the contrary. Everyone was able to train individually with their trainer but also work out together in small group classes on the beach or in the CrossFit studio. I am enthusiastic about Bali anyway. We occasionally went to Finns Beach Club or simply went to the beach and rented a surfboard for the day. But you can also go partying there... Thanks also to the obu-Travelling Athletes team, who were able to answer my questions quickly in advance. Not only was the price-performance ratio top, but everything was great!
