Canggu is the most recently developed and currently most popular district on the island. Hundreds of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, spas and cute stores and boutiques characterize the area. In addition to various events taking place, you will of course also find numerous beach bars and beach clubs, such as the famous Finn's Beach Club or Old Mans, in the immediate vicinity.

Canggu offers the perfect conditions for a varied fitness vacation in Bali. You are welcome to rent a scooter on site and explore the area on your own. However, due to the left-hand traffic and a very chaotic traffic situation, we recommend getting around with Uber/Grab (download the app and simply book a ride - around €5 for 30 minutes). Discover the neighboring districts such as Seminyak or Kuta during your vacation and immerse yourself in Bali's culture.

Local, certified S2S CrossFit trainers

In Bali, we work with several fitness partners who provide us with various programs. In this fitness travel package in Canggu, you can look forward to getting to know local fitness trainers and receiving intensive coaching from our partner S2S CrossFit. A very familiar and friendly atmosphere will welcome you and offer you a home away from home - just a few minutes from the beach. The various classes on offer usually last one hour and are kept relatively small so that Justin & the other coaches can focus intensively on you. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on training sessions with functional exercises. These take place in the studio or outdoors on an athletics or soccer pitch as well as on the beach. Experience challenging and interesting beach workouts and enjoy the soothing sunshine at the same time.
You can customize your personal training sessions in consultation with your coach. Whether you want to focus on CrossFit-specific technique training (e.g. pull-ups, handstand walk) or an intensive MetCon workout - the choice is yours 🙂

Daily yoga classes at Desa Seni Yoga Studio

In addition to the S2S CrossFit program, you can take part in daily yoga sessions free of charge. The yoga sessions take place in the well-known Desa Seni Yoga Studio. Between three and five different yoga classes are available here every day. Discover a varied program ranging from calm and meditative yin yoga to vigorous vinyasa yoga. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch and choose between Balinese specialties or international dishes. You can then look forward to one of your surfing lessons in the surfers' paradise of Bali 🙂 Alternatively, a quiet day on the beach in Canggu awaits you. If you feel like exercising again in the evening, you are welcome to take part in a HIIT course or an S2S CrossFit class (WOD) and meet like-minded people from all over the world. With High Intensity Interval Training, focus on short, high-intensity load and recovery intervals and only use your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance.

You can then enjoy the evening with a good feeling in a cozy beach bar. Alternatively, Bali offers various options for further evening entertainment in Canggu, Seminyak or Kuta.

Booking conditions & open questions

Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 8 days / 7 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your fitness vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.

Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.

Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
