In Bali, we work with several fitness partners who provide us with various programs. In this fitness travel package in Canggu, you can look forward to getting to know local fitness trainers and receiving intensive coaching from our partner S2S CrossFit. A very familiar and friendly atmosphere will welcome you and offer you a home away from home - just a few minutes from the beach. The various classes on offer usually last one hour and are kept relatively small so that Justin & the other coaches can focus intensively on you. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on training sessions with functional exercises. These take place in the studio or outdoors on an athletics or soccer pitch as well as on the beach. Experience challenging and interesting beach workouts and enjoy the soothing sunshine at the same time.
You can customize your personal training sessions in consultation with your coach. Whether you want to focus on CrossFit-specific technique training (e.g. pull-ups, handstand walk) or an intensive MetCon workout - the choice is yours 🙂

After a healthy breakfast and a swim in the sea , you can complete an intensive 1:1 beach workout or any fitness program with your personal trainer in the morning or at a time of your choosing. You will quickly get to know the various benefits of a sports session on the beach. You're sure to have a lot of fun during this varied workout and work off all your energy at the same time. Afterwards, enjoy a delicious lunch and choose between Balinese specialties or international dishes. Afterwards, a quiet day at the beach in Canggu awaits you. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beach and relax in perfect weather conditions. Alternatively, you can explore the fascinating landscapes of Bali - rice fields, temples, waterfalls, jungle landscapes and much more await you.
If you feel like exercising again in the evening, you are welcome to take part in a HIIT course or an S2S CrossFit class (WOD) in your S2S Box and meet like-minded people from all over the world. Focus on short, high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high-intensity interval training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The full-body workout holistically improves your strength, power and endurance. Strength, cardio, cross-training, HIIT - what could be better than an intensive fitness session in the early evening?
At the end of the day, you can enjoy the evening with a good feeling in a cozy beach bar. Alternatively, Bali offers various options for further evening entertainment in Canggu, Seminyak or Kuta.
Travel duration:
The minimum trip duration is 15 days / 14 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your fitness vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected fitness trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.

Basti and I (both 26) were there for the second time now and wanted to leave a comment because everything was really great again (so no coincidence, I guess haha).
Hotel: The Koa Surfer Hotel was really nice and the atmosphere was particularly good. So you can relax there on the terrace in the evening or just a few minutes away at Finns Beach Club. There are also a LOT of restaurants, bars etc. nearby.
CrossFit: The box is relatively small but the whole atmosphere there is just great. All the trainers and the entire S2S team were very helpful and very motivated.
Food: When you go out to eat in Bali, pay a little attention to hygiene. There are so many delicious things and at very reasonable prices in so-called warungs (Balinese for restaurant). In the hotel you normally have no problems with hygiene etc. But the food is definitely good.

I went to Bali at the beginning of March with Travelling Athletes and spent my vacation there. As a solo traveler, I was a little apprehensive at first. However, as it turned out, these were completely unjustified. It was simply wonderful, I got to know so many people from all over the world and I also improved a lot in terms of fitness and Crossfit.

This is what I imagined a real sports vacation to be like. I was really well integrated into the fitness training on site, so I got to know local athletes as well as international "athletes". The hotel's location was and is TOP. Many things are within walking distance.
I don't think I need to say much about the beach, that's the island of Bali 🙂

Hello there,
I just wanted to tell you briefly about my trip to Bali in early 2019. Because I am now officially part of Travelling Athletes 🙂
First of all, I have to say that I took the travel package as shown on the website and can only report positive things. The variety of private training sessions with the trainer on site was just what I needed to get me out of hibernation 😉 Plus the variety of CrossFit classes and the nice people... just HAMMER!
The hotel, Canggu, the beach and everything else was also just great!!!
A quick word about the food on site (everything was great, although I had some reservations beforehand...)
I had previously read that lunch at the hotel is a la carte and is included up to a price of IDR 100,000. I couldn't make much sense of this as I had never been to Bali before. So I wrote a short WhatsApp to the Travelling Athletes team and immediately received the restaurant menus as a PDF before my booking and I have to say that almost everything (of course not a 5-course lobster menu) is included in this 100,000, which is almost 7 euros!
So, to cut a long story short: everything was just great!
