Experience a fitness vacation in Tenerife that is as flexible as you are! Without a fixed daily schedule, you can organize your days as you please.
Start the morning with an energetic beach bootcamp (7:30am), then enjoy a healthy breakfast with a view of the sea and strengthen yourself for the next training sessions such as pads training (10:00am), technique training or Krav Maga (from 11:00am) and the grand finale with HIIT circuit training (1:00pm). Each group workout brings new challenges and is fun - regardless of whether you are a beginner or already have experience.
The afternoon is all yours: relax on the beautiful beaches of Playa del Duque or Playa Torviscas, take a break or explore the surrounding area. In the evening, you can relax with sunset yoga and experience the spectacular sunsets or enjoy an optional stargazing tour.
End the day in a relaxed atmosphere - whether together with other Travelling Athletes in a beach bar or on a stroll along the lively beach promenade of Adeje. Your vacation, your pace, your perfect balance of training and relaxation!

For all fitness levels
These gym workouts combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with boxing- and kickboxing-based techniques . The focus is on working with a partner, where you'll learn various striking techniques and stances. The goal is to improve your body awareness and build your confidence in potential defensive situations , while also promoting your fitness and overall well-being.
You'll practice striking combinations from martial arts, such as various punches and the use of elbows and knees. You'll also learn how to correctly move the pads for your partner—this sharpens your focus and improves your coordination. This versatile training offers a perfect blend of physical challenge and practical self-defense techniques.
Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed and used by the Israeli military. It is made up of the most effective fighting styles from around the world. The concept is to teach people how to deal with violent attacks in a variety of situations and inflict maximum damage in the shortest possible time. These classes start with a 15-minute full body warm-up conducted by our experienced team of instructors to improve basic strength and fitness. You don't need to be super fit for this, but over time your fitness level will improve significantly. Learn how to deal with situations such as street attacks, grappling and choking, various weapon attacks such as knives, bottles and sticks. Also learn how to apply this training in real life situations during sparring sessions and ground fighting scenarios. This training will give you more confidence to deal with violent situations should they arise.
While the training is with locals, it is followed by valuable technique training exclusively for bootcamp participants.
Circuit training consists of various exercises that train your entire body. The exercises are designed as high-intensity interval training using free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX and battle ropes. A typical example is 30 seconds at one station at maximum speed with a 15-second rest before moving to the next station. This type of fitness program is proven to be absolutely beneficial not only for physical health, but also for mental well-being. As in all bootcamp courses, intensive core training should not be neglected here either.
Circuit training is the last workout of the day and gets everything out of you once again.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is also a yoga and stretch session after the circuit training.
You will immediately feel how the deep stretches in combination with conscious deep breathing not only calm your nervous system and relax you, but also how beneficial it is for the sore muscles that you will definitely have.
