The Regency Torviscas Apartments Suites on Tenerife are located in the popular vacation area of Costa Adeje . This 3-star hotel is approx. 1.5 km from Adeje beach, but offers outstanding sea views & a wonderful view of the summer sunsets. Your hotel also scores points with its location right next to your box. Of course, you should not only train during your vacation, but also discover the beautiful beaches of Costa Adeje. The beaches (including Playa Fañabé and Playa del Duque), numerous restaurants and various leisure facilities are not far away and can be easily reached on foot.
All of the hotel's apartments have their own kitchen, so if you don't want to book healthy, tailor-made meals, you can cook for yourself. The hotel also has a large pool, a restaurant and a fitness and wellness area (extra charge | €10 per private use for one hour). The chic Playa del Duquein particular will enchant you with its soft sand and beautiful clear water. If you want to be a little more active, you will also find numerous water sports activities such as jet skiing, windsurfing and parasailing on site. The two water parks Siam & Aqualand also provide variety. While Siam Park is one of the biggest and best water parks in Europe, the Aqualand water park scores with lots of exciting slides and an incredible dolphin show.
Our tip: To get to know the many facets of the island in the best possible way, a rental car is recommended. This way you can easily discover the various beaches on the coast, visit El Teide National Park or take a day trip to Santa Cruz. We are also happy to help you organize a rental car. In Tenerife, we work with several fitness partners who provide us with various programs. In this fitness travel package on the Costa Adeje, you can look forward to getting to know local fitness trainers and receiving intensive support from our partner CrossFit27. In addition to Spanish, you can also easily communicate in German or English. Overall, you can expect a very friendly atmosphere with young trainers and international athletes (including Spanish, English and German). You can either do your own training at any time (open box) or take part in one of the courses on offer. The various courses - also known as Workouts of the Day (WOD) in CrossFit - usually last one hour. To ensure intensive support, the groups are kept very small with an average of 8 participants. In general, the focus of the intensive courses is on training units with functional exercises.
A course/WOD usually consists of 3 parts: First, there is a general and specific warm-up program as well as technical movement sequences (part 1: WarmUp). This is followed by the 2nd part of the workout, "Strength & Gymnastic" . A wide variety of exercises are trained here with correct execution. These include squats, cleans, handstands/handstand walks, pull-ups and much more. (Explanation of terms). In the third and final part of the course, a MetCon is completed. In a MetCon, a specific workout is often performed for a set time. Of course, these also vary from day to day. An example of this would be 5 rounds for time with 10 pull-ups, 10 air squats, 10 GHD sit-ups, 10 cal bike & 100m run.
But don't worry:
➤ A trainer is present at all times to support you with the exercises and correct your postures and movements. Of course, they will also motivate you to make the best possible progress.
➤ All exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. For example, if you are not yet able to perform pull-ups/lift-ups correctly, you can use an elastic band (various strengths) for support.

On Tenerife you also have the option of booking various surf lessons. Whether it's your first time on a board or you've already surfed a few waves, you can look forward to unforgettable surfing moments in Tenerife.
Unforgettable surfing moments - 365 days a year
In addition to your training, you can also take part in various surf courses every day. To make it as easy as possible for you, the team from Surf Life (5/5 stars on Google with 105 reviews| 5/5 on TripAdvisor with 218 reviews; as of 28.05.2020) will pick you up at your accommodation before each surf course and drive you to the surf school near Playa del Camisón together with a few other surfers. After a 10-minute drive, you can get to know the friendly Italian, Antonio, and the other instructors at the surf school. A relaxed atmosphere and lots of fun await you here. After getting changed, you'll head off together to the bay 100 meters away.
Look forward to intensive surf lessons tailored to you. With a maximum of 12 participants(max. 6 participants per surf instructor), the courses are kept very small. To ensure that the surfing conditions are optimal, the lessons are adapted to the wave conditions every day, which is why the surf course is shifted back 45 minutes every day. If you don't find optimal wave conditions on site, you can drive together to the Playa del Médano beach in the south.

The beach boot camps last 60 minutes and are run by fitness expert Steve Coster. Look forward to these unforgettable courses. The friendly Scotsman (speaks English) has been dedicated to sports, especially various martial arts, for more than 35 years. He has trained hundreds of sportsmen and women, professional athletes, police and military personnel, among others: the perfect prerequisites for coaching and motivating you in this boot camp on Tenerife.
Due to Steve's various qualifications, such as Krav Mage & Kapap (a type of self-defense used by the Israeli military, among others), the training is also extremely varied. During the courses you will of course also be extremely motivated to achieve the best possible progress.
➨ The morning beach bootcamps take place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 07:30 to 08:30 directly on the Play La Pinta Puerto Colón beach.
*No fixed daily routine - organize each day as you like!
After a good night's sleep, complete an intensive workout in the CrossFit 27 box in the morning. Let the young but highly qualified team of trainers motivate you and start the day in top shape. After a healthy breakfast, you can take a surf course in the morning. You will be picked up from and dropped off at your hotel. Look forward to a good swell and lots of good vibes. Not only is this "workout" a lot of fun, but you will also quickly realize how exhausting 2 hours of surfing are 🙂 After your healthy & delicious lunch on your balcony and a short siesta afterwards, you can complete an intensive 1:1 workout with your personal trainer. Benjamin (who speaks German) will focus entirely on your fitness level and bring you a little closer to your goal every day. Alternatively, we recommend doing a beach run or beach workout in the morning/early evening. You will quickly get to know the various benefits of a sports session on the beach. You're sure to have a lot of fun during this varied workout and work off all your energy at the same time. Afterwards, a quiet day at the beach awaits you. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa del Duque or Playa Torviscas and relax in perfect weather conditions.
If you feel like exercising again in the evening, you are welcome to take part in another WOD and meet like-minded people from all over the world. For example, focus on short, high-intensity exercise and recovery intervals during high-intensity interval training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your fitness and therefore your strength, power and endurance.
In the evening, enjoy a typical Spanish dinner in one of the many restaurants along the famous beach promenade. After a delicious meal, you can thenenjoy the rest of the evening in a beach bar with a good feeling thanks to your training. Look forward to a wide evening program on the Costa Adeje: Numerous bars, restaurants & nightclubs offer you various options for an exciting summer evening (also in winter).
Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 6 days. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
