Experience a fitness holiday in Tenerife that's as flexible as you are ! Without a fixed daily schedule, you can organize your days as you please.
Start the morning with an intensive beach boot camp (7:30 a.m.). After a healthy breakfast with a view of the sea, you can complete an intensive 1:1 workout with your personal trainer, Steve, at a time of your choosing and take part in group classes according to your desire, energy level and mood ( pad training (10:00 a.m.), technique training or Krav Maga (from 11:00 a.m.), HIIT circuit training (1:00 p.m.) or yoga). Or use the time for a quiet day at the beach . Stroll along the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa del Duque or Playa Torviscas and relax in perfect weather conditions. In the evening you can relax with sunset yoga and experience the spectacular sunsets or optionally be fascinated by a stargazing tour .

Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed and used by the Israeli military . It combines the most effective elements of various fighting styles from around the world. The concept is to teach participants how to deal with violent attacks in a variety of situations and inflict maximum damage in the shortest possible time. These classes begin with a 15-minute full-body warm-up led by our experienced team of trainers to improve basic strength and fitness. You don't have to be super fit for this, but over time, your fitness level will improve significantly . Learn how to deal with situations such as street attacks, grabs and chokes, and various weapon attacks such as knives, bottles, and sticks. You will also learn how to apply this training in real-life situations during sparring sessions and ground fighting scenarios . This training will give you more confidence to deal with violent situations, should they arise.
While the training is done with locals, valuable technique training follows exclusively for bootcamp participants.
These gym workouts combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with boxing- and kickboxing-based techniques . The focus is on working with a partner, where you'll learn various striking techniques and stances. The goal is to improve your body awareness and build your confidence in potential defensive situations , while also promoting your fitness and overall well-being.
You'll practice striking combinations from martial arts, such as various punches and the use of elbows and knees. You'll also learn how to correctly move the pads for your partner—this sharpens your focus and improves your coordination. This versatile training offers a perfect blend of physical challenge and practical self-defense techniques.
Circuit training consists of various exercises that work your entire body. The exercises are designed as high-intensity interval training , utilizing free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, and battle ropes . A typical example is 30 seconds at a station at maximum speed with a 15-second rest before moving on to the next station. This type of fitness program is proven to be extremely beneficial not only for physical health but also for mental well-being. As with all boot camp classes, intensive core training is essential.
Circuit training is the last workout of the day and gets the most out of you.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is also a yoga and stretch session after the circuit training.
You will immediately feel how the deep stretches in combination with conscious deep breathing not only calm your nervous system and relax you, but also how beneficial it is for the sore muscles that you will definitely have.
