Starte den Morgen mit einem intensiven Beach Bootcamp (7:30am), nach einem gesunden Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer kannst du zu deiner gewünschten Zeit ein intensives 1:1-Workout mit deinem Personal Trainer, Steve, absolvieren uns nach Lust, Energielevel & Laune an den Gruppenkursen teilnehmen (Pads Training (10:00am), Techniktraining oder Krav Maga (ab 11:00am), HIIT Zirkeltraining (1:00pm) oder Yoga). Oder aber nutze die Zeit für einen ruhigen Strandtag. Schlendere an den traumhaften Sandstränden von Playa del Duque oder Playa Torviscas entlang und entspanne dich bei perfekten Wetterbedingungen. Am Abend kannst du bei Sunset Yoga entspannen und die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge erleben oder dich optional bei einer Stargazing-Tour faszinieren lassen.

Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed and used by the Israeli military. It is made up of the most effective fighting styles from around the world. The concept is to teach people how to deal with violent attacks in a variety of situations and inflict maximum damage in the shortest possible time. These classes start with a 15-minute full body warm-up conducted by our experienced team of instructors to improve basic strength and fitness. You don't need to be super fit for this, but over time your fitness level will improve significantly. Learn how to deal with situations such as street attacks, grappling and choking, various weapon attacks such as knives, bottles and sticks. Also learn how to apply this training in real life situations during sparring sessions and ground fighting scenarios. This training will give you more confidence to deal with violent situations should they arise.
While the training is with locals, it is followed by valuable technique training exclusively for bootcamp participants.
These training sessions in the gym combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with boxing and kickboxing-based techniques. The focus is on working with a partner, learning different punching techniques and stances. The aim is to improve your body awareness , boost your confidence in potential defensive situations while improving your fitness and general wellbeing.
You will practise punch combinations from martial arts, such as different punches and the use of elbows and knees. You will also learn how to move the pads correctly for your partner - sharpening your focus and improving your coordination. This versatile workout offers a perfect mix of physical challenge and practical defense techniques.
Circuit training consists of various exercises that train your entire body. The exercises are designed as high-intensity interval training using free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, TRX and battle ropes. A typical example is 30 seconds at one station at maximum speed with a 15-second rest before moving to the next station. This type of fitness program has been proven to be absolutely beneficial not only for physical health, but also for mental well-being. As in all bootcamp courses, intensive core training should not be neglected here either.
Circuit training is the last workout of the day and gets everything out of you once again.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is also a yoga and stretch session after the circuit training.
You will immediately feel how the deep stretches in combination with conscious deep breathing not only calm your nervous system and relax you, but also how beneficial it is for the sore muscles that you will have 100% of the time.

During your trip you will stay in a private Apartment on the south coast of Tenerife. The various apartments are all located in the well-known vacation area on the Costa Adeje and have everything you need for a fantastic fitness vacation in Tenerife The apartment complex also has a sun terrace and a large pool. However, the highlight of the vacation complex is the view. Enjoy an outstanding view and marvel at the beautiful summer sunsets. In short: The comfort & location right next to the training grounds make the apartments the perfect accommodation for your fitness vacation...
