Starte das Wochenende samstags mit der Morning Class und somit einem Jungle und/oder Beach Workout. Diese finden am Strand oder in der überwältigenden Landschaft von Koh Samui statt. Es ist somit deine Chance, sich von der tropischen Umwelt der Insel während eines Workouts zu überzeugen. Die Einheit wird von einem der hochqualifizierten Trainer, Chris, durchgeführt. Durch mehr als 14 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Fitness ist für die korrekte Ausführung, Abwechslung und Spaß gesorgt. Jeden Samstag kannst du zwischen dem Beach Circuit und dem Jungle Hike wählen. Beide Outdoor Trainingsformen starten bereits am frühen Morgen – somit wird kühle, frische Luft gewährleistet.
Jungle Hike
Take part in the 5 km jungle hike, where your motivation and stamina will be tested. This is not a race, so you can set your own pace. It's a wonderful way to actively experience the landscape on Koh Samui and push yourself to the limit with other Travelling Athletes runners. The best feeling comes when you reach the top of the route and can marvel at the fantastic views of the island: Sea, palm trees and traditional Buddha temples are just some of the views.
Beach Circuit
Fun, variety and plenty of speed define the workout on the beach. Start with a warm-up (jogging & stretching) on the beach to enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning and the rising sun over the ocean. Then burn off lots of calories with a variety of functional exercises on the beach using kettlebells, battle ropes and slam balls. Finish the workout by jumping into the refreshing ocean, ridding your body of the sand and feeling fresh again.

Innerhalb deiner Gruppe werden die die relevanten Stretch Übungen gezeigt, die deinen Muskelkater reduzieren und deine Regeneration fördern.

Versuche dich in etwas Neuem mit einer Class CrossTraining: Es kombiniert Power Lifting, Olympisches Lifting, Gymnastik, Kondition und bietet ein funktionelles Workout, bei dem sich zwei Tage nie gleichen. Reiseathleten mit allen athletischen Voraussetzungen und Fähigkeiten können beim CrossTraining teilnehmen, denn hier werden die Workouts nach Belastung und Intensität auf individuelle Bedürfnisse angepasst. Folglich können sowohl absolute Beginner als auch erfahrener Athleten am CrossTraining teilnehmen.

Zirkeltraining in neuer Form – die effektivste Trainingsform, die du in einer Stunde absolvieren kannst. Lasse deine Gym Routine hinter dir und rege deinen Stoffwechsel so richtig an. Dieser Kreis umfasst 8 Runden von Ultra intensiven Übungen in einem 20 Sek. Trainings- und 10 Sek. Pausen Intervall. Mach dich bereit fürs Training bei lauter Musik.
Marine Zirkel
Bestreite den Marine Assault Kurs so schnell wie du kannst. Ein Hindernis Parkour wie du ihn dir bereits vorstellst: Reifen, Kommandos u.v.m. Vergiss nicht deine Badesachen, es kann nass werden!
EMOM
Beginne mit einer vorgeschriebene Anzahl an Übungen für eine Minute und erhole dich schnell bis die nächste Minute startet. Probiere etwas Neues mit dieser dynamischen Workout Form.
Kalorien Killer
Push dich bis ans Limit und verbrenne Kalorien. Schnapp dir einen Partner fürs Rudern und ähnlichen Ausdauerformen. Bestreite ein Wettkampf gegen andere Reiseathleten und versuche die meisten Kalorien zu verbrennen.

Lern DEN NATIONALSPORT von Thailand kennen. Ausgehend von den traditionellen Trainingsformen von Muay Thai wird du dich in schnellen und neuen Fitnessformen wiederfinden. Ob Anfänger oder bereits Fortgeschrittener – bei den Muay Thai Kursen kann JEDER teilnehmen. Lerne die Fähigkeiten eines professionellen Muay Thai Kämpfers mit unterschiedlicher Intensität. Spaß, Abwechslung und Motivation stehen auch hier im Vordergrund. Gehalten werden die Muay Thai Kurse von Chris, der mehr als 40 professionelle Muay Thai Kämpfe mitgemacht hat.

Von deinem Hotel aus kannst du ganz entspannt mit einem Spaziergang am Lamai Beach starten und beobachten wie sich das kristallklare Wasser mit dem weißen Sand vermischt. Von hier findest du eine Vielzahl an Möglichkeiten für Wassersport, Massagen oder einem erfrischenden Kaltgetränk.
