In-depth fitness know-how will guide you specifically and safely through a varied training plan that includes cross-training, military circuit training, jungle walks, Muay Thai and strength and conditioning workouts, which can be supplemented with additional training in the multi-level, state-of-the-art gym. All classes are varied and customized to suit everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. At Koh Fit, everyone can train like a pro.
The Koh Fit Café offers you a healthy full board consisting of:

All dishes are fresh, balanced, healthy and are displayed on the menu with protein, carbohydrate and fat content.
Make every day what you want it to be!
Choose between 6 classes per day (Mon. - Fri.) and put together your individual day to suit you!
For example, start your day with a powerful circuit or Tabata session, followed by yoga. Strengthen yourself briefly before continuing directly with cross training or relax in the pool over lunch to start your evening training full of energy.
Then meet up with your training colleagues for dinner at the Koh Fit Café or round off the evening on the beach or in the center.
Train with your personal coach. Your personal trainer is only there for you during the entire session, gives you exercises to do, checks your execution, motivates you during the last repetitions - in short: they ensure variety, fun and that you achieve your goals.
WERDE Travelling Athlete
Every Saturday you can choose between the Beach Circuit and the Jungle Hike.
Fun, variety and plenty of speed define the workout on the beach. Start with a warm-up (jogging & stretching) on the beach to enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning and the rising sun over the ocean. Then burn off lots of calories with a variety of functional exercises on the beach using kettlebells, battle ropes and slam balls. Finish the workout by jumping into the refreshing ocean, ridding your body of the sand and feeling fresh again.
Take part in the 5 km jungle hike, where your motivation and stamina will be tested. This is not a race, so you can set your own pace. It's a wonderful way to actively experience the landscape of Koh Samui and push yourself to the limit with other Travelling Athletes runners. The best feeling comes when you reach the top of the route and can marvel at the fantastic views of the island: Sea, palm trees and traditional Buddha temples are just some of the views.
Take part in Koh Fit Strength and Conditioning,
This course helps all Travelling Athletes to improve the areas of strength, agility, endurance, speed and power. Compared to ordinary workouts that focus on one movement in isolation, these classes optimize holistic movements of your body that are also used in your daily routine and in your sport.
Try something new with a cross training class: it combines power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, fitness and offers a functional workout in which two days are never the same. Travelling Athletes with all athletic requirements and abilities can take part in cross training, as the workouts are adapted to individual needs according to load and intensity. Consequently, both absolute beginners and experienced cross trainers can take part in cross training.
Circuit training in a new form - the most effective form of training you can do in an hour. Leave your gym routine behind and really boost your metabolism. Fun and group dynamics are at the heart of this type of fitness. Here too, all Travelling Athletes are welcome to take part.
Get to know THE NATIONAL SPORT of Thailand. Starting from the traditional training forms of Muay Thai, you will find yourself in fast and new forms of fitness. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced fighter - EVERYONE can participate in the Muay Thai courses. Learn the skills of a professional Muay Thai fighter at different levels of intensity. Fun, variety and motivation are also at the forefront here. The Muay Thai courses are held by Chris, who has taken part in more than 40 professional Muay Thai fights.
Train your body and mind in the yoga sessions at Koh Fit. In the full body flow, you will learn the fundamental principles of yoga in addition to the types of yoga and postures. This yoga kick-start in the morning will give you enough energy for the day. Replenish your reserves by combining relaxation and fitness. The yoga sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. The sessions are led by highly qualified instructors Ann and Bowie - with many years of experience in prestigious yoga institutions.
Use your Sunday off to explore the dream island.
Just five minutes from the beach, you can take a relaxing stroll along Lamai Beach and watch the crystal-clear water mingle with the white sand. From here you will find a variety of options for water sports, massages or a refreshing cold drink.
If you prefer to go on a trekking tour, this is also possible - Koh Samui is known for its breathtaking waterfalls. You can also join an external safari tour, start your own hike, go on an island hopping tour by boat, visit the night market or simply enjoy your time in the sea or pool.

All services listed here are already included. You are welcome to add further optional services in the booking calendar - but of course you don't have to.
If, for example, 2 hours of personal training are already included and you add a further 2 hours during the booking process, a total of 4 hours of personal training are included for you.
