Tony, the founder of Fitkoh, had a vision to create a place where people could leave the stresses of everyday life behind and focus fully on transforming their bodies and lifestyles. With over 13 years of experience, he has already helped countless people lose fat, build muscle, boost their energy and even fight depression. His focus is to ensure that Fitkoh's clients are motivated, satisfied and on their way to life-changing results. With numerous qualifications in personal training, strength and conditioning and nutrition, Tony keeps his finger on the pulse to provide his clients with the most effective methods.
Take part in the courses whenever and as often as you like- spontaneously and without any problems. The course schedule is an example and may be subject to change. In general, the offer includes the following courses: weight training, TRX, MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning), kettlebells, abs, boxing, HIIT, Jungle Run, yoga & beach training.
In addition to the numerous included courses, you also have the option of booking additional hours of personal training to work even more intensively on your individual goals.

TRX training is fascinating because it offers trainers and fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to train movements in a unique way. This is not standard weight room exercises being practiced. These are exercises that actually address the way humans move and perform.
With special exercises, we learn important principles for correct lifting technique and efficient integration of the entire body. The result is a workout that increases efficiency, reduces the risk of injury and improves your general well-being.

Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes - a total of eight "points of contact" - as opposed to the "two points" (fists) in boxing and the "four points" (hands and feet) in other martial arts. In this class, you will not only learn a new skill, but also burn calories and improve your health and fitness. Under the professional guidance of experts, this is a fun and effective way to get fit!
Although professional fighters also train in our Muay Thai courses, they are ideal for absolute beginners.
If you are particularly interested in Muay Thai, we recommend this fitness trip, but with a focus on Muay Thai.
The jungle trail in Maenam is one of the most beautiful routes on Koh Samui. Choose between two options depending on your fitness level:
Option 1: After 4 km, you will reach a breathtaking viewpoint with views of Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. The steep climb is challenging but worth it. A FitKoh representative will accompany you from there for the last 2 km to the Khun Si waterfall.
Option 2: For fit guests: After 6 km, you will reach the Khun Si Viewpoint via a challenging gravel path that leads through a small jungle village. After the view, you can enjoy the short walk to the Khun Si waterfall.
After visiting the waterfall, you will be driven back to FitKoh.

WERDE Travelling Athlete
Metabolic conditioning means using targeted workout and rest phases to achieve a desired response from the body - usually maximum efficiency. This class is a favorite of FitKoh guests, but be warned: you will be pushed to your limits! Instead of simply moving as much weight as possible, we focus on perfect technique and minimize rests to challenge your body and increase your endurance. All exercises in this workout are designed for practical strength that is useful in everyday life. The experienced trainers ensure that all exercises are performed correctly to avoid injury and maximize your efficiency.
Kettlebell training teaches two fundamental skills: The strength to move from the hips to take pressure off the lower back, and the ability to lift weights overhead. These simple but effective concepts are key elements of kettlebell training.
Through targeted exercises, we learn important principles of correct lifting technique and efficient body integration. The result is a workout that increases efficiency, reduces the risk of injury and improves your general well-being.

HIIT is a 45-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) specifically designed to reduce body fat, improve strength and build lean muscle. HIIT combines modern training techniques with upbeat music and motivating trainers who will guide and cheer you on every step of the way to help you get the most out of yourself.
HIIT is suitable for everyone. The trainers will advise you on choosing the right weight for each exercise so that you train safely and effectively. Each exercise is explained in detail to ensure you perform it correctly.

Every Saturday, the week ends for the entire gym with a training session on the picturesque Ban Tai Beach.
Take this great opportunity to have fun with other FitKoh guests and enjoy the benefits of a beautiful tropical island. We work out intensively and then end the day with a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water.
