Start your day with a healthy breakfast and a dip in the resort pool. Explore the back streets of Ubud in the morning and be inspired by the everyday life of the locals. Take part in one of the many fitness courses there, in which only a limited number of athletes are allowed to participate. Afterwards, relax in the sauna, in a cold and steam bath.
