The heart of the Bamboo Surf House surf camp is the great selection of brand-new surfboards and the outdoor sports area, also known as the "Activity Deck", with fitness courses that change daily. Look forward to a variety of sports options!

After surfing and sports sessions, treat yourself to some time to relax, read and unwind in the chill area.
In the communal kitchen, freshly brewed coffee and filtered water are ready for you early in the morning. You can prepare your own delicious and healthy meals as you wish.
If you arrive by car, motorcycle or quad bike, you can park directly behind the entrance gate. Alternatively, a shuttle can be organized for you.
Reception is open between 08:00 and 20:00.
The small but beautiful facility offers space for 20 guests. It has 5 rooms, which are eco-friendly and furnished with attention to detail. There is one shared room with four beds and four private rooms. All rooms have towels, hot water, Wi-Fi, daily cleaning service and All Natural Bamboo Shampoo and Body Gel.

The Bamboo Surf House is located directly on Playa Hermosa. You only need a few steps to reach the beautiful beach. The lively and touristy town of Santa Teresa is just a 10-minute drive away. Here you can spend your time in countless cafés, stores, bars and restaurants if you want a little more hustle and bustle.

Montezuma waterfall: Popular day trip if you're looking for an adventure: Three waterfalls up to 30 meters high. The breathtaking natural scenery is about an hour's drive from the Bamboo Surf House.
ATV adventure: Take your riding skills to the next level. Whether you're riding over small hills or rolling through the jungle full of wild animals, you're sure to have a good time.
Horse ridingHorse riding is a great sport, pastime and, especially at sunset on the beach, an unforgettable experience and magical moment for all horse lovers.

In principle, the Puntarenas region can be visited all year round. However, the dry months from November to April are particularly advisable.
During this time, you can look forward to summery temperatures of 28 - 32 degrees. March is the sunniest month with an average of 282 hours of sunshine.
April has an average maximum temperature of 35 °C and is the hottest month of the year.

Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 5 days / 4 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip can be canceled in accordance with our terms and conditions. You are also welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
