Our Fitcamp fitness trips give you the opportunity to train in a hand-picked camp, get to know new WODs and escape the cold weather in Germany. Depending on the destination, you will meet motivated coaches, a friendly team and like-minded people from all over the world. Together you will take part in a variety of fitness classes (WOD, HIIT and much more), spend a week in the sun and have lots of fun!
Train with your own body weight in a camp and expand your contacts with other international Travelling Athletes: You can train on vacation all year round -it doesn't get any better than that. Whether for a few days or several weeks: Complete an intensive strength endurance program on vacation (including Bali, Tenerife, Mallorca, Thailand, California) and be excited about various WODs!
In your box, whether in Tenerife or Bali, you have access to the familiar training forms such as bench presses, squats and deadlifts as usual. Discover new CrossFit warm-ups, intensive strength endurance programs (MetCon= Metabolic Conditioning workout), various classes as well as daily WOD's- of course different from box to box.
