Discover the beautiful coast of Costa Adeje in the south of Tenerife with us: look forward to varied beach workouts right by the sea, exclusive group training in the TOP Box CrossFit27, relaxed yoga moments at sunset, healthy sports catering, stargazing in Teide National Park and simply chilling out by the beautiful pool. You will stay in a high-quality apartment with a fantastic sea view in a direct beach location. And best of all, you'll be traveling together with our gym coach Calvin and like-minded people from the community, and you'll also have the opportunity to meet other international Travelling Athletes on site. Of course, there is much more to discover - additional activities such as a surf course or a volcano hike are optional. True to the motto: everything can be done, nothing has to be.

Fitness trips for Travelling Athletes - Fitness vacation on Tenerife
This trip is suitable for ALL Travelling Athletes who want an optimal balance of fitness, relaxation, activities, good food and a cool community on vacation and at the same time appreciate a certain flexibility.
It doesn't matter where you are on your personal fitness journey - whether at the beginning or in the middle.
Whether you sign up alone or with a friend, you'll meet like-minded people who want to inspire each other, have fun and have a good time together.
For real team spirit and a personal atmosphere, the tour group is limited to a maximum of 16 participants and takes place as a group trip for groups of 6 or more. However, you can join the trip in any case, other Travelling Athletes from other CrossFit boxes and countries are waiting for you on site.

Flamingo Beach Mate - Your beach hotel on Tenerife
Stay in fully renovated, high-quality accommodation in a unique location right on the beach and don't miss out on any amenities. The 4-star Flamingo Beach Mate welcomes you with a heated outdoor pool, a fitness center (open 24/7) and a garden in a prime beach location in Adeje. The various facilities also include a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, Balinese beds and a bar. Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet in the morning, work out on the doorstep and regenerate by the hotel pool or in the sea. In short: the perfect accommodation for Travelling Athletes.
The 1-room apartments (approx. 50 m²) are suitable for 2 people and equipped with modern, high-quality furniture. In addition to a (shared) bedroom, they have a separate living area with sofa, a bathroom and a private terrace/balcony. There is also a kitchen with all useful utensils as well as a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine & kettle.
*You can also register alone for a shared 1-room apartment. We will take care of the allocation (by default according to gender).
These spacious and high-quality apartments (approx. 75 m²) have 2 separate bedrooms (usually with their own bathroom), a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace/balcony . If having your own bedroom is important to you, this is the right option for you. You share the living room and kitchen with your flatmate.
When putting together our programs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This means that we only include hotels, resorts, trainers, CrossFit boxes and fitness centers in our portfolio once their quality has been proven to be high. The most important criterion here is customer feedback.

A delicious breakfast buffet with show cooking is served in the hotel restaurant. Look forward to a large selection of hot and cold dishes and enjoy your breakfast in the indoor or outdoor area with a direct sea view.
Sports catering - straight to your hotel
On this trip, you enjoy healthy, fresh half board. In addition to the breakfast buffet, 1 healthy meal per day (Meal Prep) is already included. The meals are prepared externally by an excellent chef and delivered to your hotel several times a week well packaged (reusable) and delivered to the hotel several times a week. Thanks to a fully equipped kitchen incl. microwave & stove, you can heat up your meals quickly (drinks are not included).
You decide for yourself whether the dishes should be low carb, vegetarian or spicy, for example. Travelling Athletes at CrossFit 27 - Fitness vacation on Tenerife
The box of our partner CrossFit27 is located approx. 1.5 km from your accommodation, and we can organize a pick-up service if required. Under the professional guidance of Calvin and the on-site team of trainers, you will have an exclusive training session (WOD) together with your buddies every day. You also have unlimited access to the box and can do your own training at any time (open box) or take part in the courses offered here. In addition to Spanish, you can also easily communicate in German or English. Overall, you can expect a very friendly atmosphere with young trainers and international athletes (including Spanish, English and German).

The beach workouts last 60 minutes and are led by a certified fitness coach (Steve). Look forward to a varied full-body workout together with other like-minded people right on the beach, where both fitness beginners and professionals get their money's worth. Playa Fanabe - Costa Adeje - Fitness vacation Tenerife
Whether you are looking for an intensive fitness vacation or a mix of training, relaxing and partying, Costa Adeje has something for EVERYONE. The Costa Adeje coastline is located in the southwest of the island and is home to many of the best beaches in the Canary Islands. For you, of course, this means pure vacation feeling.
Relax on one of the many dream beaches on the Costa Adeje and enjoy the warm temperatures all year round. The chic Playa del Duque in particular enchants with its soft sand and beautiful clear water. If you want to be a little more active, you will also find numerous water sports activities such as jet skiing, windsurfing and parasailing at Puerto Colon. The two water parks Siam Park & Aqualand also provide variety. While Siam Park is one of the largest and best water parks in the world, the Aqualand water park scores with lots of exciting slides and an incredible dolphin show.
The island also boasts the highest volcano in Europe (Pico del Teide), numerous natural swimming pools along the coast, unique hiking routes and much more.
Our tip:
To get to know the many facets of the island in the best possible way, a rental car is recommended. This way you can easily discover the various beaches on the coast, visit El Teide National Park or take a day trip to Santa Cruz. We are also happy to help you organize a rental car. Just get in touch with us.
In Adeje, especially along the beautiful beach promenade, you will also find various bars, restaurants, boutiques and shopping centers. At night, this resort comes alive with a great mix of international cuisine, lounge bars, music venues and much more.

Complete an intensive & varied beach workout in the morning after a good night's sleep. You will quickly get to know the various benefits of a sports session on the beach and will certainlyhave a lot of fun - the best start to the day! Then enjoy a healthy breakfast with a view of the sea and fortify yourself for the rest of the day.
Relax by the pool after breakfast or treat yourself to a massage in the wellness and spa area of your apartment hotel. Afterwards, head to the beach for a game of beach volleyball or maybe you fancy a surf session?
Surfing in Tenerife - fitness vacation Travelling Athletes
At lunchtime, you can look forward to a healthy & tasty sports meal at your accommodation. Afterwards, you can treat yourself to a siesta on the beach or take a stroll along the beach promenade and explore the beautiful surroundings.
In the early evening, it's off to the CrossFit Box for daily group training with your buddies, where you can really work out again.

A perfect day on Tenerife often ends with a fantastic sunset. You can then enjoy the evening together with the other Travelling Athletes at a beach bar with dinner and drinks and let the day come to a relaxed end . Alternatively, Adeje and its beach promenade with its numerous bars, restaurants and nightclubs offer various options for further evening entertainment.
You organize the flights yourself.
You fly to Tenerife South (TFS) - at this time of year there are cheaper flights from Düsseldorf Airport.
Corendon Airlines, for example, offers flights at good prices and convenient times, as do Condor and Eurowings.
We have selected the following flight dates for you:

Important:
This is our suggestion for you - you can "gather" on this flight. This way you can get to know other participants at the airport and start your adventure together. You make the flight booking yourself, you can also book any other flight that suits you better.
Airport transfer:
The transfer on arrival and departure is included in your travel package.
On arrival, a driver will be waiting for you at the exit and take you to your accommodation (journey time approx. 15 minutes).

Duration:
The minimum duration of the group tour is 7 nights/8 days. You are welcome to extend your vacation individually. Just let us know your desired arrival and departure dates and we will check the capacities.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under "Included services"). In addition to the services that are already included, you can book further additional services, such as a volcano hike or surf lessons, in the booking form with just one click.
Availability:
Please note that places are limited to 16 participants. This means that we can only guarantee the selected trip in combination with a specific room until the registration deadline on 31.01.2024. If you register after this date, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site and give you a final confirmation within 48 hours. In the event of unavailability, we will be happy to offer you an alternative option in comparable accommodation.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip can be canceled according to the following conditions.
Until the registration deadline on 31.01.2024 - free of charge (the cancellation conditions of your chosen airline apply to the flight).
From 01.02.2024:
You can also take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
