Are you completely new to cross-training? No problem with us. During this fitness trip for beginners, you will learn all the basics in several introductory cross-training intro classes. Then apply your skills in a wide variety of fitness classes and deepen your knowledge with 2 hours of intensive 1:1 coaching.
Included for you are accommodation in a modern hotel in the very best, central location as well as 5 sessions at CrossFit Poblenou & 5 HIIT outdoor workouts. We leave the rest of the travel arrangements (breakfast, transfer, additional fitness sessions) up to you.
