The Titan Fitness intensive package differs from the basic package in that it does not "only" include 3 hours of personal training per Travelling Athlete (regardless of the duration of the trip), but rather 1 hour of personal training per day per Travelling Athlete (e.g. 16 days = 16 hours of personal training).
Otherwise, both travel packages include the same services. The following price tables show you the differences between the Titan Fitness Intensive Package and the Titan Fitness Basic Package. Of course you can customize each package with one click in the booking process and book additional hours of personal training or private yoga lessons, for example.

Titan Fitness Camp offers you a total of 3 different types of accommodation. All accommodations are within a 10-minute walk of the camp. The Litlle Hill Phuket Resort (4.3 out of 5 stars on Google) is the preferred accommodation, as this 3-star hotel promises both modern rooms (standard | superior) and a beautiful pool! So you can quickly cool down and regenerate after a strenuous workout.
The other two accommodations offer the same standard, but do not have their own pool. However, as they are only about 2 minutes away, you can easily use the pool at Little Hill Phuket Resort.

The superior rooms have the same amenities as the standard rooms, but offer you a slightly more upscale & modern interior. You can also look forward to a large living area, a work area and a balcony with a pool view. You'll really want for nothing here! Have a good time after your workout and relax completely.
This trip includes a healthy and customized half board (except on Sundays). At your introductory session(body scan analysis), some of your data (including weight and body fat) will be recorded and your goals discussed. Based on this, your individual nutrition plan will also be discussed. Of course, following the plan is not compulsory, but should rather be seen as a guideline. You can also talk to your coach during your stay and get helpful advice at any time.
All meals(breakfast buffet & lunch) take place in the Health Café on the camp grounds. This is open from 07:30 to 17:00 and offers you a variety of dishes and also serves as a meeting point for athletes from all over the world. You can order everything from salads, fish and steak to typical Thai dishes and burgers. Of course, you can also treat yourself to a delicious protein shake here 🙂
For dinner, camp participants usually meet independently and explore one of the many restaurants in the area (e.g. Ali's BBQ is very popular).

They have a first-class facility at their disposal, which is only a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. The training area offers you pretty much everything you could wish for. In addition to a large indoor and outdoor training area, it also includes an obstacle course and a fully equipped fitness and strength area. If that's not enough, you can of course also train on the beach. In general, mostfunctional fitness sessions take place in the outdoor and indoor areas. You will train with international athletes and have access to a variety of functional fitness workouts: (Beach) Bootcamp, HIIT, Body360, Mobility, Strength & Conditioning are just a few of the fitness classes offered on site. Beach Training:
In this beach workout, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes. One hour of running, jogging, jumps, push-ups and squats. In addition to a proven fun factor, this fitness course on a dream beach in Phuket will push you to your limits. Take advantage of the sand, the sun and the spectacular mountain views to take your workout to the next level. A return transfer is of course included for you.

Big Buddha Run
"We sit peacefully on the gentle hills of Chalong and are happy that Big Buddha is watching over the whole island."
Every Thursday morning at 6.30 a.m. you can look forward to the Big Buddha Run. Take the Titan truck to the foot of the hill. From there, we head to the summit together. Walk, run, jog or whatever it takes to conquer the 4.5 km long and steep climb up to the largest Buddha statue in Thailand. It's worth it for the best view of the bay alone! But you can also expect to see some small monkeys along the way 🙂
Try to conquer the mountain to the Buddha week after week, shorten your time and add your name to the famous leaderboard!

Body 360°: Total Body Workout
The 360° program is a total body circuit that challenges you and your heart rate through a combination of functional exercises and techniques to get you into the fat-burning zone. Look forward to high-intensity exercises (HIIT) for 40 seconds followed by short breaks. This hugely popular class, which is suitable for all levels, will improve your cardiovascular fitness and increase your calorie burn.

Increase your mobility, release tension using stretching techniques and foam rollers and improve the interaction between muscles and joints (fascia system). The aim of mobility training is to mobilize the joints with passive and/or active exercises to the greatest possible degree of movement. This optimization of myofascial structures is essential for regeneration processes and future goals.

Personal training on your fitness vacation:
Train with your personal coach. Your personal trainer is only there for you during the entire session, gives you exercises, checks your execution, motivates you with the last repetitions - in short: they ensure variety, fun and that you achieve your goals.

Focus on short and high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high intensity training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout holistically improves your strength, power and coordination skills.
Cross-training on your fitness vacation:
Cross training is one of the toughest classes offered by Titan Fitness. Each course is different from the last and includes completely different training units (workouts) as well as WODs (workout of the day).
You can look forward to coaches who are among the best CrossFit athletes in Asia.
This course is a natural progression from Body360. You will use all the skills you have learned in strength and technique classes. This is the ultimate workout: functional fitness meets gymnastics, mobility and agility.
The energy of this class is contagious and addictive. Once you master a skill, you'll be eager to add more weight, perform more reps or increase speed.

Olympic Weightlifting:
A stay at Titan Fitness training camp is the perfect time to try new things. Many people who take part in the Olympic Weightlifting course have no previous weightlifting experience. Year after year, this form of training is one of the most popular courses.
The trainers break down the complex movements and guide you step by step to ensure perfect form and execution before building strength, power and increasing speed.
Each class includes a strength and technique element as well as training to test your new skills. Elements of these movements are often included in cross-training and other workouts. Intensive boxing training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Train together with other athletes and feel the adrenaline rushing through your body. The experienced trainers will help you learn the techniques and keep your heart rate up. Boxing training results in muscle development and a strong core. Boxing classes offer a real breakthrough when it comes to burning calories.

Obstacle Course - obstacle course:
Life is often about overcoming a wide variety of obstacles as well as possible. And that's exactly what this course is about. Look forward to an outdoor obstacle course where you will try to overcome everything thrown in your way with strength and wits - not without the help of your friends, of course. Climb up a rope, crawl through the sand pit and jump over various obstacles - on this course, you'll get fit and have lots of fun at the same time.

Yoga:
During the week you have the opportunity to practise Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Flow Yoga and Hot Power Yoga. Yoga classes are offered 2-3 times a day by experienced yoga instructors.
Ashtanga Yoga: A beginner-friendly version of the primary series. This course places a strong focus on the upper body and core.
Dynamic Flow Yoga: Vinyasa-based classes that combine breath with movement as you move dynamically and fluidly through the asanas (postures).
Power Yoga (Vinyasa-style class): In addition to a focus on the core, this type of yoga is similar to interval training due to high intensity phases with breaks.
Bikram Express: A yoga class that briefly covers and repeats all 26 postures. The course lasts 60 minutes, as opposed to the usual 90 minutes.
Spinning & Spin-Core:
During the evening spinning classes, you will be mesmerized by intensive exercises using your bike and body weight. Twice a week there are also spin-core classes for the ultimate sweat break. This hour in the evening is a non-stop, maximum effort with loud and motivating music. Enjoy a breathtaking view at a time when the sun is setting over Big Buddha - an ideal time to reflect on a successful training day.

Sprint Track and Strong Man:
Speed and strength are the order of the day on the 40-meter sprint track and in the "Strong Man" area.
Perfect your speed, agility and acceleration or try your hand at functional exercises such as flipping truck tires. Make the most of the tropical sunshine with numerous courses and look forward to open-air courses that take place in an open, functional area.
Indoor gym - fitness area:
In addition to the extensive outdoor training facilities, the camp also has a fully air-conditioned indoor gym. It has three floors with free weights and countless modern machines from top brands such as LifeFitness Cybex and Nautilus.
The gym also has an education area where athletes can meet with an expert for a nutrition seminar on Mondays at lunchtime. This education-oriented approach ensures that all Travelling Athletes go home with as much knowledge as fond memories.

Strength & Technique:
Improve the physical components that determine success in sports performance. Apply methods that improve your strength, agility, explosiveness and muscular endurance. Learn more about general athleticism and applicable tools.
Daily strength and technique classes focus on a different muscle group or movement each day. A relaxed pace gives newcomers time to familiarize themselves with specific workouts, while those with more experience can build weight or play around with technique. The emphasis here is more on technique than cardio.
The qualified trainers pay close attention to execution in this class, as often a shift in weight or a change in grip can improve even the most experienced lifters. This class gives you the confidence to train at high intensity and speed in other classes. Whether it's bench, deadlift or gymnastics skills - even the pros learn something new in every strength and technique class.

Enjoy & explore: relax in between and explore the area
Look forward to meeting like-minded people from all over the world at the Titan Fitness Camp and working out in numerous courses (including Buddha Run, cross-training, Body 360°, beach workouts). Complete one of the many workouts in the areas of boot camp, functional training, HIIT, mobility or weight lifting. You can also complete an intensive 1:1 training session with a personal trainer (an hour of private yoga lessons is also possible). No matter what your goal is, your trainer will be completely focused on you and help you achieve your goal!
At the camp, you can adapt every workout to your level of intensity. Whether you are a beginner or already a pro: set new stimuli and improve your fitness. The focus is often on outdoor workouts with functional exercises: Focus on short and high-intensity load and recovery intervals during high intensity training and use only your own body weight. Learn effective ways to train without equipment. The body workout improves your strength, power and endurance.
Enjoy your free time on the beach and let yourself be pampered. Stroll along the beautiful sandy beach in the evening and relax in perfect weather conditions. Enjoy the remaining hours with a good feeling in a cozy beach bar. Alternatively, Phuket offers various options for further evening entertainment.
Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 8 days. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your fitness vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as stated below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final response within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip cannot be canceled. However, you are welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
