Functional Fitness | Harder, better, stronger: our circuit training builds strength from the top down. These classes train multiple muscle groups using a range of equipment and movements. |
Pool workout | The innovative pool sessions are designed to boost your confidence in stressful situations in the water. With a range of carefully crafted exercises - including drills developed by world-famous surfers - these workouts are a challenging but rewarding way to feel braver in the waves. |
Bootcamp | The boot camp will get your heart pumping! They include cardio, strength and endurance exercises, battle ropes, box jumps and more - not forgetting the infamous hill runs. |
Strong Mobility | This class incorporates stretching and stability exercises to improve your flexibility and endurance. By improving your movements and range of motion, you will enjoy a better fitness performance and a lower risk of injury. |
The Challenger | We'll pick a new fitness challenge for you every week! One thing is for sure: it will definitely be hardcore. |
Ice bath | The ice bath will take your recovery to the next level. Immersion in cold water can speed up your recovery and prevent muscle swelling after an intensive workout. |

Trip duration:
The minimum trip duration is 4 days / 3 nights. However, you are also welcome to travel with us for longer and enjoy your vacation. Simply select your desired arrival and departure dates in the booking calendar.
Travel program:
You determine your travel program individually, i.e. you can lie on the beach or by the pool all day or take part in as many courses & activities as are included in your travel package (all services apply as specified below under Included services). In addition to the services that are already included in your travel package, you can book further services, such as extra fitness sessions, with just one click in the booking form.
Availability:
Please note that your period may be fully booked at short notice due to dynamic booking procedures. This means that we cannot always guarantee that the selected trip will be available at the requested time in combination with a specific room. In any case, we will immediately check all travel components with the organizer on site so that we can guarantee you a final confirmation within 48 hours! In the rare case of unavailability, we will offer you an alternative option directly: Either in a comparable accommodation or for a slightly different travel period.
Cancellation conditions:
This trip can be canceled in accordance with our terms and conditions. You are also welcome to take out travel cancellation insurance here at a reasonable price.
