This trip includes healthy, personalised half-board (excluding drinks, except on Sundays). After your Body Scan analysis an individual nutrition plan is created for you — a flexible guide aligned with your goals. During your stay your coach is available for nutrition and training advice any time. Breakfast buffet and lunch are served daily in the camp’s Health Café, open from 07:30 to 17:00, offering a wide selection of healthy dishes. In the evenings many guests head out together to explore the restaurants along the fitness mile, including local favourites like Ali’s BBQ.
