Enjoy a self-made breakfast from your stocked villa fridge, plus fresh fruit, snacks, and one healthy, balanced meal per day — freshly prepared by our chef and delivered to the villa as convenient Meal Prep. Our meals are designed especially for active guests and can be tailored to your dietary needs. Before your trip, you’ll receive a food questionnaire where you can share any allergies, intolerances, preferences, or requirements. Fresh, local ingredients are used whenever possible, and you can upgrade to two or three meals per day.

A down payment is due 7 days after booking, and the remaining balance is due 35 days before the trip. The full payment setup is shown again during checkout and in the booking confirmation.

No, you don’t need any previous CrossFit experience before joining. What matters most is that the training style and overall pace feel like a good fit for you. The sessions can be adapted to different fitness levels. However, if you currently have several injuries or major physical limitations, it’s best to check with us before booking so we can make sure the trip is the right fit for you.
Private airport transfer from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is included. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short form where you can submit your flight details. Based on this information, we’ll arrange your airport pickup and drop-off accordingly.
