We have carefully put together our fitness trips with included services so that you can enjoy a vacation in the best possible way. A minimum duration & an included program are fixed for many of these trips. But you are welcome to book additional services with one click.

Our individually customizable fitness trips usually only offer a basic package of services (accommodation, catering, sports program). This means that you can design your trip completely individually from 2 days / 1 night. Simply add any services to your trip with one click. Determine your travel duration, add your desired sports program and select other services (massages, personal training, room upgrade, catering & more).

With our pre-made Travel Packages, a minimum duration & an included program are often fixed. This is not the case with the individually customizable trips.

However, both trips can be exactly the same. For example, if you choose the same services for an individual trip that are included in a pre-packaged travel package, they only differ in name.

Yes, we, the Travelling Athletes (a brand of obu travel GmbH & Co. KG), are both tour operator and travel agent. Through our B-2-B partners (resorts, hotels, villas) in the destinations, we can put together specific sports offers. On request, we become the organizer ourselves through our partners in Germany, so that our obu team looks after customers at home and abroad.

Yes, after your online booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. In addition, we will send you a detailed summary of the booked services, contact persons and the most important information as a PDF.

First of all, we are happy that you are already interested in a specialized fitness vacation. Experience a multifaceted sports trip in a specific country. Once you have an overview of the respective program using our info tabs, adapt your fitness vacation to your needs - with our modular booking system. For further optional services, simply check the boxes for the various add-ons. This modular system enables us to pass your individual needs, goals and preferences directly on to the resorts and sports partners. This means that every sports trip with us is tailor-made.
You can now add the trip to your shopping cart. An overview of the selected services appears, which you can purchase through a new or existing account. In addition to an order confirmation, you will receive a specific info guide for the sports trip as a PDF. Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal.

We are now your contact partners for the time before, during and after the trip. In the course of time, you can of course spontaneously name further activities that we should integrate for you and integrate into the daily routine. After sporty and relaxing days, you will feel fitter than ever at the end of the trip: rested and regenerated.

You can visit our websites without us needing any personal data from you. We only find out the name of your Internet Service Provider, the website from which you visit us, the technical version of your browser and operating system and the individual pages that you visit on our site. Personal user profiles can therefore not be created. Personal data is only collected and processed if you use certain services.

The data requested depends on the offers you use at obu travel.
We need the email address to send you a summary of all booking data in case of a booking. When booking via obu travel, we also ask for data relevant to the booking. We need the following personal data to process a booking:

– First and last names of all travellers
– Phone number of the main traveller/contact person for short-term contact in case of changes
– Address details for sending the invoice and travel documents
– Credit card details in case of payment by credit card
– Bank details in case of payment by SEPA direct debit

Depending on the destination, different entry and visa requirements apply to German citizens. You can find the current entry and visa regulations for your destination on the website of the Federal Foreign Office at www.auswaertiges-amt.de. You are welcome to ask us too.

You need several documents or applications to enter the USA. The completed APIS form must be handed in to the ground staff at check-in. The ESTA online registration must be completed on the ESTA website no later than 72 hours before departure. This procedure costs US $ 14. All air travelers who travel to, from or within the USA, change planes there, have a stopover or touch US airspace are also affected by the Secure Flight data collection. This is a program of the US Transportation Security for the reporting of certain passenger data by the airlines. We recommend that you provide all the required data of these 3 programs immediately for smooth entry and exit.
