We have carefully put together our fitness trips with included services so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Many of these trips have a minimum duration and an included program. However, you are welcome to book additional services with just one click.

Our customizable fitness trips usually only offer you a basic package of services (accommodation, meals, sports program). This means that you can completely customize your trip from 2 days / 1 night. Simply add any services to your trip with one click. Choose the duration of your trip, add your desired sports program and select additional services (massages, personal training, room upgrade, meals & more).

Our ready-made travel packages often have a minimum duration and an included program. This is not the case with the individually customizable trips.

However, both trips can be exactly the same. For example, if you select the same services for the individual trip that are also included in a ready-made travel package, the only difference is the name.

Yes, we, Travelling Athletes (a brand of obu travel GmbH & Co. KG), are both a tour operator and a travel agent. Through our B-2-B partners (resorts, hotels, villas) in the destinations, we can put together specific sports packages. On request, our partners in Germany can become tour operators themselves, so that our obu team can serve customers at home and abroad.

Yes, after your online booking you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. We will also send you a detailed list of the services booked, contact persons and the most important information as a PDF.

First of all, we are delighted that you are already interested in a specialized fitness vacation. Experience a multifaceted sports trip in a specific country. Once you have gained an overview of the respective program with the help of our info tabs, tailor your fitness vacation to your needs - with our modular booking system. For additional optional services, simply tick the various add-ons. This modular system allows us to communicate your individual needs, goals and preferences directly to the resorts and sports partners. This means that every sports trip with us is tailor-made.
Now you can add the trip to your shopping cart. An overview of the selected services will appear, which you can purchase with a new or existing account. In addition to an order confirmation, you will receive a specific info guide for the sports trip as a PDF. Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal.

We are now your contact for the time before, during and after the trip. As time goes on, you can of course spontaneously tell us about other activities that you would like us to include and integrate into your daily routine. After sporty and relaxing days, you will feel fitter than ever at the end of the trip: refreshed and regenerated.

You can visit our websites without us requiring any personal data from you. We only learn the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us, the technical version of your browser and operating system and the individual pages you visit on our website. Personal user profiles can therefore not be created. Personal data is only collected and processed if you use certain services.

Which data is requested depends on the offers you use with obu travel.
We need the e-mail address in order to send you a summary of all booking data in the event of a booking. When booking via obu travel, we also ask for data relevant to the booking. We require the following personal data to process a booking:

- First and last names of all travelers
- Telephone number of the main traveler/contact person for short-term contact in the event of changes
- Address details for sending invoices and travel documents
- Credit card details in the event of payment by credit card
- Bank details in the case of payment by SEPA direct debit

Depending on the destination, different entry and visa regulations apply for German nationals. You can find the current entry and visa regulations for your destination on the website of the Federal Foreign Office at www.auswaertiges-amt.de. You are also welcome to ask us.

You will need several documents or applications to enter the USA. The completed APIS form must be handed to the ground staff at check-in. The ESTA online entry registration must be completed on the ESTA website at least 72 hours before departure. This procedure costs US $ 14. All passengers traveling to, from or within the USA, changing planes, making stopovers or touching the US airspace are also subject to Secure Flight Data Collection. This is a US Transportation Security program for the reporting of certain passenger data by the airlines. We recommend that you provide all required data from these 3 programs immediately to ensure smooth entry and exit.
