Enjoy a self-made breakfast from your stocked villa fridge, plus fresh fruit, snacks, and one healthy, balanced meal per day — freshly prepared by our chef and delivered to the villa as convenient Meal Prep. Our meals are designed especially for active guests and can be tailored to your dietary needs. Before your trip, you’ll receive a food questionnaire where you can share any allergies, intolerances, preferences, or requirements. Fresh, local ingredients are used whenever possible, and you can upgrade to two or three meals per day.

Yes. For this trip, the available travel dates are selected in the booking flow, so you can choose the option that fits your travel plan best.
Yes. This trip supports a flexible travel range, so you can choose a stay length within the available minimum and maximum nights.
As early as possible. Flexible tours offer more freedom, but the most convenient date windows and room options usually go first.
A down payment is due 7 days after booking, and the remaining balance is due 35 days before the trip. The full payment setup is shown again during checkout and in the booking confirmation.
Yes. Many guests join solo. The community aspect is an important part of the experience, so you do not need to arrive with your own group.
Expect a social but easygoing atmosphere. Guests often train together, share recommendations, and connect naturally, while still having enough space for their own routine.
Most of the time, but not always. Depending on the travel period, the community can feel very lively or more relaxed. If that matters to you, check the Community Map or message us via WhatsApp, email, or phone before booking.
No, you don’t need any previous CrossFit experience before joining. What matters most is that the training style and overall pace feel like a good fit for you. The sessions can be adapted to different fitness levels. However, if you currently have several injuries or major physical limitations, it’s best to check with us before booking so we can make sure the trip is the right fit for you.
Private airport transfer from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) is included. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a short form where you can submit your flight details. Based on this information, we’ll arrange your airport pickup and drop-off accordingly.
The athletes' villa is exclusive to Travelling Athletes. Each Travelling Athletes individually chooses their desired focus (Muay Thai, CrossFit, HYROX), so everyone has a slightly different program focus, but you also participate together in numerous classes such as beach workouts, CrossFit, mobility, yoga...
