In recent years, Phuket has increasingly developed into a mecca for martial arts and fitness enthusiasts from all over the world. Especially in the south of the island, such as Rawai, there are numerous Muay Thai camps. But nowhere is the density of Muay Thai gyms, fitness camps & boot camps as high as in the 1.5 km long Soi Ta-iad in Chalong.

The 360° program challenges you and your heart rate through a combination of functional exercises and techniques to get you into the fat burning zone. This "bootcamp" type fitness class will increase your cardiovascular fitness, result in a high calorie burn and is suitable for all levels.
At the boot camp on the beach, you will work your way through numerous obstacles and exercises including tire flips, ladders, medical balls and battle ropes.
